Just love it there. They are so sweet and freindly. Cloths come out clean. They have great service and when you drop off it is done when they say.

I normally do my own laundry but today I didn't have time, they did it for me, and I don't think I'll ever do my own again. They did an amazing job it was folded perfectly couldn't ask for better service, thank you thank you

First and last time I will ever go there! Very rude. Kept telling us we needed to use more machines. Waited in truck, went back in 15 min before dryer was to stop. All clothes were taken out and left in basket still wet. She said you take to long to dry we busy. Spent almost $60. And had to dry them elsewhere Rip off

I feel it was expensive for the 2 loads I had dropped off (small load + sleeping bag). However, everything was cleaned and folded/rolled up very nicely.

Excellent service, great machines single to quad loaders. Price is very reasonable. Friendly staff, welcoming environment. Everyone feels welcome.

Came here after our washing machine at home broke down. I have never been yo a coin laundry to do my laundry. The woman here is so helpful. She showed me how to use the machines and gave me the change I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent customer service.

No matter where I am in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley, I ALWAYS travel to Langley to do my laundry at KIM'S because they have friendly, knowledgeable, and EXCELLENT service ALWAYS!

Nice clean laundromat with wonderful owners. They are very helpful and kind. Parking in the front or back. Machines take loonies and/or quarters dryers take quarters.

Not the best Laundry Machines, it doesn’t even use water!

Don’t use their $5 or $7 machines which is in the back, the water didn’t even turned on, when asked those couple why so, they said ‘it is what it is’

AVOID going to this place to save your clothed life!

Very nice people agree to that but very money motivated, I came in with a small light blanket and they pretty much made me use the largest most expensive machine they had (literally could have fit 6 of my blankets in there.

Fair prices for washing a load, but their fees to transfer a load to the dryer are outrageous. $4 to transfer a load to the dryer (not including the cost to dry) and no folding services required.

Good laundry I'd give it no stars to keep people away, but they are very good and friendly atmosphere

My wife and I have been doing our laundry here for 4 years now. The ownership has changed but the friendly service has been maintained. The machines are in excellent working order. Many times they have helped us with our unloading with only a friendly reminder to "please be on time for your machine" and that was because the place was busy and other people are waiting for machines. Understanding the load capacity of each machine will help you avoid any unnecessary interaction from the ownership (Ginger S) but I have only witnessed professional direction from the owners.
5 star service deserves a 5 star review! Thank you for keeping the business going through out the last few years.

I came here for the first time last weekend because my in suite washing and drying was overloaded that day. Came in here and the gentlemen working the front helped me lug my giant bag inside then gave me recommendations of washers to use. He let me
Stay inside and read my book and was also very nice to all the other patrons that came in.

Aside from very good customer service the machines were in very good condition. I used two large machines which washed all my clothing and then a slightly smaller machine to wash my towels (really big almost beach towels)

The pricing was fair and the experience was a calming and relaxing end to my week before I started back up at work on Tuesday morning.

Thank you for the fresh clothes and the good vibes guys When the snow settles down I’ll be back in there for sure!
