This is the cheapest Korean and Japanese grocery store in Vancouver. You can buy good products that are nearing their expiration date at a low price.
If you are looking for the cheapest Korean grocery, this is the one.

My favorite place to get some of the finest ingredients for any meal. The staff are always friendly and the shelves are always stocked with fresh items. They have a huge variety of various Asian specific ingredients and the pricing is very affordable. They even carry snacks like baked sweet potatoes which are truly wonderful.

Small aisles. Would not bring a stroller. People that worked there didn’t seem to want to help find stuff. Sell expired food. So just look at the expiration dates before buying

Very well stocked neighborhood food store. Predominantly Korean/ Asian food.lot of on sale items. Inside a store can be a little crowded, but very well organized. Staff are very friendly.

Just read a review that they overcharge, but they are charging for items that weren't even bagged. Contacted them twice because they charged my dad for an item that he didn't even receive, and they refuse to provide the product or issue a refund. This is an elderly man on pension income that they are doing this to. Yes it could have been an honest mistake (which I doubt, based on other reviews). But the item they scanned costs quite a bit.and it is oil in a metal canister. I highly doubt that the cashier Amy could have missed this. It literally weighs enough to rip through a plastic bag and it's not like it costs a couple of dollars. Staff have been saying management is not around and that the security cameras in store do not work, so they cannot verify if she did in fact accidentally ring up the item and then placed it elsewhere.

Close to skytrain and carries all the typical Korean supermarket. Just wished they carried ready to eat food again.

An absolutely extensive array of culinary ingredients that one does not normally find in a simple corner shop. Fresh produce, seafood, fresh and frozen meat, in house made Kimchis; you have to see it and smell it to believe it. It's soooooo good. I feel like David Chang would never leave this place.

This grocery store is a life changer! They offer a thorough variety of mostly Korean groceries, with some American and Japanese brands. Great quality produce for great Prices, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! They're ready made food is delicious and the house made kimchi and tofu are fantastic. Beware that they get very busy close to close time, and the store is not wheelchair accessible due to narrow isles.

Prices is cheaper than other store especially raw meat and snacks.

A very well stocked grocery store within easy walking distance from Edmonds Skytrain Station. They have a good selection of fresh and frozen meats, fresh produce, and plenty of dry grocery goods at competitive prices. Great neighborhood grocery stop.

Good price and variety of stuff for the size.

Staff never smile and the stock ppl will keep get in ur way. I get it’s small but would be better if they don’t keep get in ur way and often they don’t even say anything.

I came to this market with one purpose... Kimchi

I came because a coworker said they have really good kimchi
and man he was right

I liked how full all the shelf’s were and that there is a big clock in the front

Another thing I thought was interesting was how there was like three or four shopping carts outside just FULL of apples it was cool I guess

Lovely place, with every snack you can imagine and a robust produce section. Limited beauty/ cosmetic selection, so perhaps not your first stop for kbeauty.

Over that past 5 plus I have been shopping at this small supermarket and I always brought the basket out at the front after paying. Out of the blue today a cashier asked me to bring the basket to the front right after I put all the foods on counter. This is so outrageous, I have not done yet. Another cashier who speaks English said that was because a lot of customers don't do it. I understand that but at least let me finish paying. It is good they have this new policy, but they really need to train their staff well and thank the customerwho always do that without being told so.

Cashier was friendly. Prices are reasonable. However, the place is too small and they try to put as many merchandises as possible inside. Only one person at a time, can walk down those super narrow aisles. It is very hard to shop around inside. It makes the shopping experience really unpleasant.

My wife likes your store, today she brought hair tail fish which is the best ever since we moved from Asia, she likes the quality with best value for money, also like sweet potatoes, pears.now she is a frequent shopper of Kim’s market, thank you

Tiny place with lots of Asian groceries to pick from. But no staff following covid practices. Couldn’t even find a hand sanitizer in the store

When they asked if we needed a bag I said yes. They ring up my items and then I ask for my bag. They said I said I didn't need one and I corrected them saying no I did need one. They said "it'll be 5¢" I said "seriously? " They said "yep" so I had to break the one loonie I carry so they could give me a bag. No apologies, no remorse. Is 5¢ really worth it for them? Especially when they were the ones who misheard me.

Usually we're happy to find things we need here. But maybe they have new staff, a bit chubby lady at cashier, really need to work on her customer service skill. Seems like dont want to be there, and don't care about people, throw items in carrying bag, and all. I hope I dont have to see her again when I go back here.

Go to place to buy Korean ramens.
Fresh home made tofu and kimchi.
Not overly busy like the other larger Korean chain supermarkets.

The smell of baked yams is so inviting. But I pretty much go here for my instant noodles before heading home.

Better than the broadway kims mart. Less customers and friendly staffs. Go there early as possible if you want kimbap and japchae. Hannam mart in coquitlam is still the best but if you live around here Kims Mart isnt so bad.

Maybe this is not a despise Chinese customers market but actually there is 1or 2 worker/cashier have discrimination to Chinese

Little shop in the residential neighbor, a stone throw away from Edmond's station. For better selection, try Kim's mart on Broadway

Very cheap prices for dried and canned goods, but the produce here is not fresh, so not really a place you can one stop shop. If 3.5 stars was available, that's what I would give it!

Great selection of seasonal Korean food and asian ingredients that you wont find so easily! Service is great too, everybody is so helpful and kind

This place's variety of foods isn't the best. The foods are hard to find and it smells. Really smells, really bad.

Nice store for a quick grocery shopping for Korean stuffs. Really packed in the store, so it's virtually impossible for a stroller or a wheelchair to roll inside the store.

Pretty much anything you could need to produce awesome Korean cuisine at home. I wish they would open their deli at the back and make more banchan.

Usually has a useful assortment of Korean foodstuffs, but is missing corner store basics (cigarettes, lighters, an ATM, etc)
