Had a great sales experience with the enthusiastic Kinetic team, who set my son up with the appropriate protection gear. Available stock and competitive price made the drive to Port Moody worth it.

Customer service was quite unpleasant. I bought headset bearing, which has split after a ride. But when I came back for a return in a couple of weeks, I couldn't even understand why return wasn't possible. I was told it was installed part, and the manager wasn't going to have this conversation with me. Of course, it's the installed part. That's how I found out that it failed right away. Anyway, it's just one of the reasons not to support your LBS. Buy online - it's cheaper, no questions asked if something goes wrong, and you don't have to deal with shop managers.

Kinetik is by far the best best bike shop I’ve ever been to. Staff are super friendly and helpful and they care about the best interest of the customer. I come here whenever I need a service, parts or gear and they have great stock. Definitely recommend this place, I’d rate 6 stars if I could.

Great people at the shop with great service team to answer all my questions. Everyone is so passionate about bikes and components and very patient in listening to my questions and concerns. Best experience I had from a bike store. The store is a bit far away from where I live but I’m always happy to return for bike service and get things I need at the same time.

Awesome customer service. I went in to buy a specific helmet and got talked into trying on 5 or 6 and actually bought a Smith Mainline full face which fit way better.

I'd ordered something online and had it the next day. Bad news is I had ordered the wrong thing. No problem, they patiently help me figure it out and got me what I needed. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Was recommended this store by YouTuber VanCan. First day I visited I ended up buying a Transition Patrol. The selection of bikes/parts/clothing & accessories is unbeatable. The staff is all composed of riders. These guys know what they're doing and will set you up right. I already know I'll be a lifetime customer here.

*Little update* I was having a warranty issue with my rear hub, it broke down twice in 5 weeks. These guys at the shop cared so much to keep me riding that they built up a spare wheel for me to use in the meantime. Best customer service I've ever experienced.

The only shop in BC with tons of inventory but also the most expensive shop you will ever go to. Dont come here looking for a sale or any deals. Pay msrp or more.

I’ve been a customer since the beginning when Kinetic was in Burquitlam an DVO tjnue to be one because it’s still a great bike shop. I moved away from the lower mainland and I still shop there online and when I’m back in Vancouver I always make a stop there. Great selection and fair prices!

Hands down, best bike shop in the lower mainland. Tech are passionate about their craft. Sales reps are all riders themselves so not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are able to recommend based on their experiences. Got my new Santa Cruz here. Only bike shop I'll be going to moving forward.

I felt slightly nervous because I take out my 30yr old neglected bike maybe several times a year and this place looked populated by hard core cyclists. There was absolutely no need to worry; the staff there made me feel totally at ease and were awesome. They succeeded at fixing my bike perfectly and I will come here with any future bike issues in the future.

They were so accommodating to fit me in to a service appointment (even though they were booked up) to tweak my issues before a race. They are always so helpful and just genuinely great to deal with!

Bike shops are always intimidating, but Kinetik does a good job of having friendly employees who want to help get you out on the trails. They also have a good selection of bikes, parts, and gear.

I just wanted to thank the people over at Kinetik Cycles for helping me find and purchase a new bike! From Dan who got back to me fast after I emailed about purchase options, Aaron who was incredibly helpful and patient in going over the different e-bikes they had available, letting me test ride a few options, and having a larger size bike put together for me to come in a ride, with no pressure for me to purchase at any time. It made the process of finding the right bike that much easier, and allowed me to really take my time. Great shop and a great atmosphere! Looking forward to dropping by again when I need to come in for scheduled maintenance! Would definitely recommend Kinetik Cycles to anyone looking to purchase a new bike!

What a great little bicycle shop in Port Moody. I handed in my gravel steed which was a bad shape, with flat brakes, and broken chain blades, full service was required, the first time I need a service since moving to BC and the guys at Kinetek hooked me up, the bicycle is rolling like new again. Thanks again. BTW: Customer service and feedback is also really good.

Honestly it's a great store, with really good selection and a nice looking layout, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I'd have gone 5 stars but they did give me some incorrect parts that caused me to have to make the 100km round trip back to get the right ones.hey mistakes happen! Gives them a chance to earn 5 stars in the future. 100% would buy a bike or gear from these guys and girls in the future.

I built my bike 12 years ago and didn’t want to lose the frame. Took it in to see what they could do to get it back to good working order and not only were the technicians super nice and engaging, they did a fantastic job with a quick turn around and got my bike back in top shape! And they got me some discounts along the way!

Kinetik Cycles is my local bike shop but I hadn't bought a bike there before or had service. I recently had to replace my single track bike and gave them a look. Their sales personnel were very good listeners and I ended up with a Rocky Mountain mountain bike which fit my requirements exactly. I have ridden it now for 6 weeks and still feel extremely pleased with my selection. I just had my first (complementary) service done and they were very thorough and completed the work when promised. I recommend them very highly.

Store crew was super helpful and knowledgeable. Went for a test ride on an ebike. Yes, they had ebike stock and many other bikes when many stores have barely any. Plus lots of stock for great gear.

The best selection of mtb cloths on the rack than any other store in the lower mainland, good selection of in stock parts as well.

I stopped in a different bike repair shop and got an estimate for work that wasn’t needed mounting to about $850. At this bike shop, they informed me exactly what I needed done on my bike and then completed the work quickly resulting in a $150 bill! The mechanics really seem to know what they’re doing. The only annoyance is that the phone number it’s not listed and you cannot speak to somebody on the phone; I guess they’re just way too busy (for a reason I guess!)

Kinetik rock. My bike was a mail order; it was shipped to me defective. The mail order company acted fast to get me parts and gave me a discount on the purchase to get it fixed. I have been out of game for many years and was nervous about bringing the bike in (from ultimately online competition). Kinetik took the job on without a hassle or attitude. They took very good care of my bike and gave me great advise on after care for what I brought it in for. They are in it for the biking community and I appreciate their service.

All bike shops should be run like Kinetik Cycles. Friendly, effective, and much more detailed explanation of what was done to my bike than I've ever gotten elsewhere. Glad I moved nearby. Had I known I would have driven the extra distance for this level of service!

Great place to go always super helpful got my bike serviced there and about a month later my front break stop working after I got the full service and I had only been riding ones

Bought a new mountain bike, good deal that wasn’t marked up due to limited supply which seems to be a problem everywhere currently. Really friendly service and great aftercare. Highly recommend.

They are great until you need customer service. Then they make you wait 6 months to get your bikes tuned up.

Got back into riding after a long hiatus. Excellent customer service. Thoughtful staff. Helped me with my concerns and questions about the new generation of mountain bikes. Bike just went through its first servicing, addressing a relatively significant issue. Took care of everything. Raising the bar with each visit.

My Kona Blast was gathering dust over years and I wanted to seriously get back into cycling again. Dealing with Kinetik Cycles, from the first email contact to dealing with the staff in the store was a great experience. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented, with much to offer when it comes to advice and suggestions. Communication and correspondence response time is quick. Kinetik will be my go-to-store for all my future cycling needs.

Needed some hardware to install a shock. These guys were the only shop that had the hardware and then went the extra mile to install it while I was in the shop.

Always have items in stock or will order them for the lowest prices. Also always willing to give additional help and information.
