I bought a Groupon for a couples massage to surprise my wife after a long work week. First this place took forever to get back to me, then when they did they asked me if I want the North Van location or the Richmond. I said North Van, they got back to me again about 8-9 hours later and said the North Van location is under construction. (So why didn’t you just tell me that instead of asking which location?) so then I said okay Richmond then. No reply… the next day I call again and the lady tells me she can’t book me because I’m using a Groupon and they’ve met their limit for how many Groupons they’ll accept per day. This place has the worst service, I will never consider them again.

Loved it! Very professional and the masseuse was considerate of my skin issues. She even told me how i can alleviate pain while at home as well, and i felt better than ever afterwards! Great service, will be returning again:)

Been here several times, our go-to for a reliable massage. If you're hoping for an RMT or spa-style massage place, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a quality, asian-style massage at the best price in town, look no further. Shout out to Bonnie, my partner's favourite masseuse. Only area for improvement, in my eyes, is starting more consistently at the scheduled appointment time.

It’s very bad service! That lady think I am sleeping, she doesn’t work enough time, but ask for 25% tips.and she doesn’t like I tell her the time not enough for 60mins. If the service good then give her more tips doesn’t matter, but she did very bad service. I won’t come again.

The receptionist was helpful and provided information regarding promotions and packages.

The masseuse name was Bonnie. She was friendly and professional. She did a good job on applying pressure on areas I had issues. She asked me frequently how I was doing and whether the pressure level was okay. She also informed to me about certain areas I needed to pay some extra care and attention in my body. I'm surprised how well trained she was to guess which areas of my body I was having trouble/pain.

My massage room was clean. The towels they used was clean. There's parking available right in front of the massage center.

Great service and comfortable environment. The massage was relaxing too - a much needed escape from the daily chaos.

Karen was a great massage therapist and truly listened to my needs to make me feel relaxed. I had a pinch nerve in my neck and pain was traveling to the back of my head. In addition; I had a sprained right ankle. Karen applied perfect pressure on both problematic areas at which I walked out of the spa pain free from my neck! My ankle is slightly swollen but the swelling definitely went down from the relaxing and therapeutic massage I was given. This is my second visit here and the masseuse I had for the first time was great too. I will be back in the near future!

Very convenience location, went there after dinner and the place is clean and comfortable. The body massage started with a free foot massage that was a surprise.will go again!

This was my second visit for a full body massage. The measure was experienced and polite. The room was clean and towel was soft. Being working with the computer for a long time everyday, I have a tight neck and back that causes pain. I like the Chinese style massage using the elbow that really help to easy the tightness and the pain. I paid by cash and had a10% discount. For sure, will go again.

Love this massage place so much! They did an excellent cleaning and sanitizing during this covid period. Receptionist was super helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I do highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a good and relax massage!

This place is a fraud.there is (apparently) a mandatory tip of $10 thats nowhere mentioned or posted. They locked the door and wont let us leave unless we pay a mandatory tip. I was ready to tip them 15% but they said 15% is for restaurants and it has to be at least $10! Was about to call police on them because they were holding us against our will.not sure how they are still in operation when there are so many bad reviews about this place. Richmond Chamber Of Commerce and Better Business Bureau need to look into this place.

I liked this place. I used to go for Alan, he was a short strong Chinese guy with maybe no English. I never had much problem with waiting and always had an easy time booking appointments. The front desk lady is a little sassy, but to be honest, as someone in the industry, I don't blame her, customers can be pretty annoying. I think Alan is gone now. I heard if you like someone strong they have some guy named Simon, but I haven't tried him yet.

The style is that strong Chinese massage style with a lot of elbow on your muscles whilst you lie on the bed under a sheet. If you have real tension, this is good for you. If you are a wuss or just want to be touched, this is not for you.

The mandatory tipping didn't bother me. It helps them to retain their staff and ten bucks is nothing if you are actually satisfied with the service. Plus it helps weed out bad customers.

We got dirty looks when we came in. The lady massaging my wife kept nodding off, they both kept watching the clock. I don't think they are registered RMT so really don't know what there doing at this location. The lady at the counter Insisted on a tip as well? Odlum location has way better customer service and were not so rude to ask for tip. I still gave a small tip but they should know its not mandatory especially for poor service, however the counter girl sounded desperate for a tip, I will not return to this location - Odlum location is 100% better

Place is roomy and clean but the massage was subpar; i bought a groupon for lymphatic massage and it felt more like reflexology.didn't feel amazing afterwards; won't be going back!

My groupon expired and I asked if I can pay the $45 regular price (minus what I paid at groupon). They said no, they will charge me $79, just cause. How does this even make sense? Deceitful business, DO NOT GOT.

Worst service ever. The receptionist walked me to the room and didn’t even tell me what to do and left. Then the lady who gave me the massage answered a phone call in the middle of the session and massages me for a bit with one hand while talking on the phone. Also, paid for a head massage that I didn’t even receive. On top of that the receptionist was so pushy with the tips saying that it mandatory and that there was an extra tax included. The tip totalled to 25% which wouldn’t be what I wanted to give them because the service was just awful and the workers were rude.

Terrible experience. Do not advertise a couples massage and then put us in seperate rooms. Completely unorganized. Clients look just as confused as the staff. We didn't bother sticking around for the actual massage. There are other shops with better service in the area so don't waste your time here.

MANDATORY $10 tip for a full body massage? !? That’s 25%! UNBELIEVABLE. We did not experience this when we first tried this place in January that’s why we came back. Now I think the front desk lady is running a scam through tips, insisting customers to pay in cash so she and her crew can pocket the extra money without alerting the management. Would have rated this higher because the actual massage was great, but the pushy receptionist lady said the “suggested tip” was $10 and she herself quickly inputed it on the machine before handing it to me therefore not giving me a choice on how much I actually wanted to give them.

The women at the front desk has the worst attitude ever, terrible customer service.
And also she asked me for tips, I understood that tips for masseuse, I spent 71 CAD with Tax for body massage, she asked me 15CAD for tips, is more than 20%. I'd love to pay 20% tips for massage treatment for masseuse, but when she told me like this, that's very rude, really piss me off.

Worst experience ever:
1. My appointment was at 5pm, the receptionist sat me down and told me to wait for the therapist. 15min later still no sign.another 15 min later, i was showed to my room.had to go back out to the front desk to ask wheb my therapist will show up. At this point Ive waited 40 mins and still no sign of my session starting any time soon. Through all this wait there was no explanation nor apology for the delay.
2. Therapist finally walk in and the first thing she said to me was "Ive been so busy all day and didnt have time for Lunch. I am so tired. " ALARM! I ordered 60min full body massage and I got 60min of randomly pressing everywhere which was not relaxing at all. I asked the therapist to apply more pressure and she did, for the next 5 minutes only. Overall the massage felt more like someone rubbing sunscreen on me blindfolded.
3. Mentioned to the front desk the bad overall experience after the session is over which was about 8 minutes short of 60 minutes. All i got in response was we will look into it, still without any apology and I was asked to pay $10 for tips, even after 40 minute delay of my session and the therapist giving a service that was clearly not massage.

I paid the $10 and walked away knowing that I will not come to this place ever again.

Oh I wish I can give less one star. They are not professional. They have no idea how to message. The old lady makes me painful for month.

Not recommended. I would rate it higher if I would want to go again but unfortunately not. I went with a friend on a groupon and her experience wasn't that bad but mine was terrible. My masseuse was more focused on the phone making sure that she was "clocked in" for the sessions then actually starting my session, so my session started late and ended early. I didn't get my full 60mins. All the waiting in beginning was after I've already undress and lying on the bed in the cold. Then after we ended, we were told that we had to pay mandatory tax and tip for the service. I understand the tax on the original amount but I don't get the mandatory $10 tip. I do not recommend going to this place.

I found these guys on groupon and they said that I cant book the same day if I use a groupon. So this lady Pui Sze said that they will match the groupon prize and I can book right away. So I didn't buy it and decided to pay in store instead.

I was there for an "Aromatherapy Body Massage" for $42. When I came in the people didn't know of the deal, so I had to call Pui Sze (says on my caller ID) and explain, because no one else could speak english, she then spoke to her staff and they gave me the deal.

During the massage, the lady had her phone on loud and she kept replying to her text messages and even answered a phone call. As for the massage, there was no "aromatherapy". I could not smell anything good, no essential oils to relax me as promised and advertised.

The place is also under construction, the place was noisy.

The part that I don't like the most is that when I was about to pay with card, the lady, who I assume was Pui Sze asked me if I would like to leave a tip.
I said yes, but Ill pay tip in Cash and the bill on my card. I gave her a $20 bill and I asked for $15 back.
I thought that $5 was reasonable for a $42 massage that wasn't really an "aromatherapy" massage and the lady had been texting and answering her calls. The "boss" Pui said, the tip is $10, and I was like, "what percentage is that? ! " and then she said "we don't go by percentage" and gave me attitude and said "well, if you want to leave $5 thats fine". At the time I thought "do people leave 25% now? " and so I gave $7 instead of $5.

Now that I think about it, I shouldn't have. I would definitely not return and will not recommend this place at all. I've been to other Chinese massage parlors and it was nothing like this.
