Do not take you vehicle here for servicing. They loosen my battery cables, told me my battery needed to be replaced. They misdiagnosed a suspension issue, over charged to complete the work from the original estimate and did not fix the problem and took no ownership for their failure.

Hopefully others do not make the mistake I did, as I have found other dealerships with more integrity and trust.

This was discussed with the general manager with email evidence.

Justin helped me find the perfect car for my needs. I love my 2015 Ford Escape. He went to a lot of effort to help me choose the right car. He is so helpful. The car came with extended warranty and all safety checks were completed. It even had the correct tyres for driving the Sea to Sky highway. I would recommend Justin & King George Nissan if you are looking for a quality used car.

Karan is an absolute gem of a sales rep. He communicated very clearly and patiently with me throughout the whole process of purchasing my Nissan Rogue. Overall, my experience at King George Nissan was pleasant. I would certainly recommend checking them out.

Left my Nissan Pathfinder for regular service. When I went to pick it up I noticed the flat tire. I let the service know and they sent a Mechanic out to take a look. I assumed he would put the spare tire on before driving it. However, I saw him attempting to drive on the flat tire at which point I made a video on my phone. He keeps going until the tire is off and is riding on the rim.

I spoke with the service manager who said they would get it fixed. Its been almost 3 weeks and the only update I received is the first company messed up the repair job and now they sent it to another company. Is it safe to drive on my spare for this long? I'll be happy to update this review if someone can call me back and provide a more accurate time frame on when this will be resolved. If it can't be repaired please replace the rim.

Service and Sales at this dealership are generally excellent! However, I did have a disappointing experience. When my truck was new there was an issue with the axle seals; replaced under warranty. But now, 30,000 km later, the seals are failing again, and neither Nissan nor the dealership seems to acknowledge this as a design or manufacturing issue! I've never had axle seals fail before at all! Let alone on a new vehicle and then the repairs failing so soon. I'm disappointed! AND I'm facing $1,000 in repairs to replace the rear seals!

I've taken my vehicle here a couple of times for service but this last time was honestly a bit disappointing.

The power liftgate on my Nissan Rogue is not working so I paid a one-hour diagnostic charge to get a repair estimate. The estimate to fix it was quite high ($1500) so I opted to go to the auto wreckers and replace the part on my own (tailgate latch for $100).

Honestly, I don't mind paying a diagnostic fee to tell me what's wrong, but their diagnosis was incorrect. I tried two different tailgate latches at the auto wreckers and the result was the same.

When I called the service department at KG Nissan to speak about this, the only solution they could offer up was to book me in for another hour (at my cost, of course lol). I declined, of course, because I've lost confidence in their ability to tell me what's wrong. So in the end, I basically paid almost $200 for a car wash.

What irks me isn't the wrong diagnosis, but the lack of willingness to make it right.

Just got a new car from this dealership. One of the best experience I ever had. Hats off to the sales representative RAJAN THIND, he goes way beyond to help you get your car quickly and smoothly and helps you with the process. Give RAJAN a call, I bet you won’t regret it. Overall you won’t regret giving your business to this awesome dealership.

Very nice experience. No hidden costs, no pressure of purchasing extra Nissan packages. They believe in fair deals (not just to earn lots & lots of money without thinking about customer’s money like applewood Nissan do).
Andrew (I think their account person) helped us by understanding our needs, financial situation and made sure we are comfortable and not pushing ourselves beyond our budget.
Genia (sales person) - extremely humble and generous lady. She pushed herself to get our vehicle delivered in short span of time. She made sure process is easy and less time consuming for us. She infact followed up couple of times after we got our vehicle to make sure we are fine and if she can help us answering any questions.

Everyone on the team stayed late to accommodate our time including the owner (who has such a lovely dog) & they were very organized. Genia was so helpful that she made sure we understand each part & functionality of our vehicle despite being almost 1.5 hours late than her usual time.

Genuine & helpful team of people including owner. If you believe in fair deals and not to greedy people like Applewood- reach out to them.

Bought a 2021 Tundra 1794 Edition from Karan in sales at King George Nissan and it was a pleasure dealing with him. No pressure sale and very polite and easy to deal with.

Outstanding and trustworthy service.

I live out of province, and bought a used vehicle from King George Nissan. Jackson (sales rep) was amazing! He's very transparent, helpful and courteous throughout the whole sales process.

Neil and Keri from the administrative office were extremely helpful with getting the post-sale work done (detailing, X-Kote, Xpel Film etc.) and are working very closely with me to coordinate the inter-province shipping, and transfer of ownership. This was a fairly complicated and detailed transaction.

I'm a stickler for detail, and have found communication at all levels to be clear, transparent, helpful and prompt.

I would absolutely recommend King George Nissan and Jackson to anyone. I'd happily buy from him and this dealership again if the need arises.

Super stellar service from Jackson and Neil (sales and finance respectively). The HUB insurance broker was also very knowledgeable. Neil worked with us extensively to get the deal done. However, the front receptionist was kind of rude on the phone and didn't have a great attitude.

Also, even though it was a less than smooth sale, not getting a car with a full tank of gas seems kind of stingy considering the high doc fee and that it was ~$30k car. I did appreciate Jackson for at least bringing it to about half a tank for us so we could at least get home without a stop!

Overall a good experience, perhaps I am spoiled from dealing with Mercedes for so long. Certainly beats Tesla "customer service" by a mile, but that's not a high bar!
