Amazing experience! I finally found the Lexus that I wanted however it was all the way down in Vancouver but I live in Kelowna. The guys at king of cars had no problem showing me the car over the phone and shipped the car up to me at no extra cost! A issue did arise that one of the headlights was cracked and filled with water. I Brought this to their attention and they had no problem shipping me up a brand new one. Just wow thanks for standing behind your vehicles! Thanks again we love our new Lexus!

A few days ago, we had a very pleasant experience at King of Cars BC to purchase our dream car. Staff member Ali and the owner were extremely kind and happy to share their knowledge with us. Their friendliness made us feel very welcomed. When we had lots of questions about the car, Ali patiently answered all our questions, and made sure to clarify anything that we were still confused about. They even were able to get an ICBC worker to come into the dealer on the long weekend so that we would be able to drive the car home under insurance, and the owner was very forthcoming with his advice on what insurance plan would best suit our needs.

Ali was also extremely honest, as he alerted us to two scratches that we had missed before paying the deposit on the car, and offered to fix them before finalizing the deal. It looked perfect, and the scratches weren't noticeable at all in the end! We only had to wait a few days for the car to be ready, and when it was, Ali even offered to call an Uber to pick us up in Burnaby which took approximately 45 mins of driving, so that we didn't need to drive two separate cars back to Burnaby. To our surprise as well, the owner treated us to some ice cream when we picked up the car, and gave us the utmost respect.

We really enjoyed making this purchase at King of Cars BC, and we highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to do so at King of Cars BC. Thank you again to King of Cars BC, and the amazing staff there!

Great place to buy any car. Starting from Parteek in sales who never pushed me to buy anything but simply offered to show me the vehicles. Do NOT buy from this dealership. Bought a $50,000 car advertised as accident free which it was not. Price was non-negotiable, gas tank was empty, car was beyond dirty & had to be professionally cleaned (cigarette smell remains). Staff are very in-experienced & unprofessional. Tried to negotiate remediation & telephoned 12 times with no response. When I finally spoke to the manager, he disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation. No one will return my call. King of Cars is dishonest & well aware of what they doing to fraud & mislead customers. I have opened a file with the BBB & provincial Vehicle Sales Authority.

We live in northern B. C.and King of Cars worked hard and reliably to allow for us to purchase the car remotely have it shipped Prince George. We appreciate the extra effort although communications were slow because the manager needed to be consulted and we couldn't speak to him/her directly.

They don’t care for their customers. Once they close the deal. I had a quite bad experience with them because they never explain you the agreement that you’re doing. I was actually screwed due to the lack of information provided by them. Faced a loss of approximately 22k. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you for this experience king of cars. I came here after going to four big name dealerships. Toyota, Honda, Audi and Acura and by far this was the least stressful experience I had looking for a upgrade on my car. Andrew was amazing, he gave me in-site not only on cars but also future mortgage plan that I had. Being a younger adult I notice car salesman will try to take advantage of the fact. Kings of Cars is probably the friendliest and least pressuring dealership I have dealt with. I feel I got a good deal for a car I really like. Great service, very friendly.

Beware, even if you have signed papers and made a deal, they can and WILL sell the car out from under you. My husband and I just went to browse vehicles at king of cars. We found one we liked, made a deal, and even have signed paperwork for the car. On the day we were supposed to go and pick up our car, someone from the dealership called to tell us that they sold it and the person was picking it up that day.the day we were supposed to pick it up. Very disappointed in the fact that we had signed paperwork, and gotten approval from the bank and yet they sold the car to someone else.

Great customer service, Ali and Amir went above and beyond to make sure we got a good deal and a great vehicle for our family. If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely be going back.

We purchased our friends new vehicle from Amar and Ali at king of cars this past week. We met ALI first we helped us with choosing our vehicle.
