My name is Ben; I have been a loyal customer for all my cars (6) repairs and services including a brand new Land Rover Defender 2023 recently changed into new winter tires, all for over 25 years; Nam (Manager) and all his shop service repair staff are exemplary, honest and highly qualified auto mechanics and I can never ask for more; they are quick to respond, diagnose, service and repair all my family cars and truck; the price for all major and minor job repairs are very reasonable and the service efficiency is second to none; I highly recommend this Kings Autoguard Ltd.for any vehicle repairs and service that you need; a great thank you to Nam and his team for providing one of a kind customer service and relationship.

Been going for years and always had great service. Very personable guys work there, and they've helped me out in many situations, such as giving me a loaner car last minute for a job interview, and discounts when my budget was tight. Good place, good dudes

Go to this location for price inquiries. Look like they're not willing to help.
I ask how much the parts he didn't know must leave the car there. But i choose to search my own on Amazon, that best solution and It's cheaper, working like original.

These guys are true car doctors. I had a lot of issues with my car. Thankfully I met Nam - he and everyone that worked on my car at Kings Autoguard saved me from a lottt of hassle on my vehicle. With the transmission, abs, and more. Their transparent communication and honest updates were very realistic and reliable. And they always make time to figure things out.

Great service. Nam is very patient in explaining what is going on and what need to be fixed.definitely a place I would recommend other to visit if they need experienced mechanic to check on their car!

They are really helpful and knowledgeable about what they are talking. Plus gives you a right estimate/quotes. I would recommend napa auto kingsway if you are looking for a reliable mechanic shop.

Nam is always my go to for car service and tires change. He takes really good care of my car with what needed. Always on time and perfect conditions. My whole family goes to him.

Booked a few days ahead to get my winter tires put on for Sunday at 11: 30 am. I showed up early and waited in the car as the place didn't appear to be open yet. My appointment time arrives. 10 mins pass, 20 mins and then 30 mins no one shows up. I called the office number but no answer and no room to leave a voicemail. After waiting 45 mins I try calling again but no answer. I give up and head home. The following day in the afternoon I get a missed call from NAPA/Kings Auto. I call NAPA back and Naam apologizes for not showing up on Sunday. He advises it was a family emergency and again apologized for not showing up. He asks if I am willing to give him a second chance. I say yes as he seemed sincere and very apologetic. Naam made it right and I would definitely come back.
