Super friendly and helpful service We have been shopping here for many years- and using their rental services for my son’s piano and saxophone needs.

Went in for a quick browse at lunch break looking for a small but versatile practice rig that wouldn't p*ss off neighbours. Gave me so many options after brief discussion. Very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs, long story short, walked out at 5 o'clock with excellent Boss Katana rig I'm very impressed with. Excellent service, no pressure, best music store I've been in years. Will be sending my peers there. Only disappointment is I can only rate them out of 5

Been dealing with this store for more than 2 years now and have found all the staff and backup in Abbotsford to be of such quality that there is no need to shop elsewhere. I have bought instruments and accessories and have never been disappointed.

Service to Mt Slesse was excellent, even though my son couldn’t use that specific instrument, Brendan helped us out extremely well. The Chilliwack branch rock!

Though the store is small, very small, the staff was great. Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful. Searching for instruments, teachers and tuners. Looking forward to trying out a double bass this week and maybe renting it. Fun stuff!

This store is amazing. The owner brought in products on my request and was as absolute pleasure to deal with. You really can tell the difference in service between Kings and other big box stores. They will have my business from now on.

So I had a last minute gift I needed to grab this Christmas Eve and I arrived at kings. They were closed but the amazing employees allowed me to come in and get what I needed for my little brother! Amazing service and just warmed my heart on how wonderful the two employees were. Thank you so much!

I had an broke my trombone two days before my concert. I took it into Kings, they had it fixed the next day, and I got it and played through my concert. Needless to say, everyone who works here has the customers needs in mind.
