Kira Kira Nail Spa

This is not a nail salon. My manicurist Lisa was so loud and her voice was harsh that she couldn't stop talking to others and even intimidating to customers. Also is not like what we agreed on. Disrespectful and not welcoming at all. What kind of nail salon is this? Never go again.

Did nail extension for the first time and it was so good! Lisa is very experienced and has a nice taste.
Also did lash lift and I absolutely love it!

I went to many place get my nail done. I love her because people so nice and high service. Nail design it’s wonderful I love it. Price it’s good too they aways let me know price before when I do design because design costs different.

Have been here for more than 4 times. Very professional. Gave me exactly the shape and color I wanted, love my nails!

Lisa she it’s so nice to every one. Also when I get her my idea she did exactly some as what I want she very detail for every time. Today I want classic she did design for me. High recommend to visit to her

Have gone multiple times because I live nearby and it’s convenient. Today I went in and the nail technician was so incredibly rude and impatient. Overall for the price, not worth it. Too many times I’ve gone and the nail job has been very rushed/mediocre. Unfortunately will not be visiting here again.

The nail she gave me was awesome. I was so happy to get it because she perfectly recreated nail like the picture I showed her

The service is good and the staff are all really friendly! I usually come here for my nail done and the nail they do are really good every time:)

My wife booked her appointment half a month ago. Upon arrival, the owner told her that she didn't book an appointment and blamed her for not confirming with the shop closer to the date. Sorry wasn't even the first thing out of her mouth. We showed her evidence of her confirming the appointment but she continued to find excuses and pass the blame on to someone else. You're in the service industry and if you can't apologize for your own mistake you should just close shop.

She then offered to squeeze her in to get her nails done. My wife overheard that she's gonna rush the nail service so that her next appointment won't be affected. Lol, the whole point of a nail spa is for the experience, you clearly don't understand what it is to be in a service industry. At the end my wife walked out of the store and no apologies was made by the store once again.

Overall, I hope no one has to experience what my wife went through. The owner clearly doesn't understand what customer service mean. It doesnt matter if your product is good or not, if you can't deliver good service with a good attitude, just close up your shop.

Lovely little nail salon on 4th. Never had gel extensions before and the ladies here made it a very enjoyable experience. They answered all my questions and produced a work if art with care and attention to detail that I truly appreciated. Thanks, Kira Kira. You've got yourself "a regular". Also.the dog (who resembles a walking cotton ball), is adorable!
