This is review for Surrey Newton location. Whole staff is very friendly. Specially girl named Kuldeep, she is very skilled and deliver stunning results.

I went in today and got serviced by Devinder (I hope I'm spelling her name right). She was incredibly sweet and delightful. She really cared about her work, and was professional at the same time. All in all, the experience was wonderful!

I got my eyebrows and waxing from this place. Davinder dii assisted me. She is the best and experienced lady. Very friendly service

Well i visited first time kiran”s beauty salon and the experience was good, Davinder is one of their staff members who did my eye brow and wax she does very clean and great work and their all staff is very nice.

This was my very first visit at this Saloon and it was a great experience with Rajdeep Kaur, she is very professional and did a amazing job in cutting and styling my hairs. I loved her work, I’ll only recommend her.

I went there for getting done my eyebrows but it was the worst experience ever. I don't know the name of the girl but it seems like she was the only there among all of them who manages biling system at the counter. While she was doing my eyebrows, she go for billing like 4 times which is really frustrating like if you are attending the customer then why you do other things meanwhile. Have some manners please. Also, she make my eyebrows look uneven no shape nothing even i have told her before she just ruin the shape of my eyebrows. They dont know how to focus on the customer they are attending.

Just went today for waxing and I met with Davinder. She’s such a polite and lovely lady. She treated me so well with so much love. Talking about the waxing experience that was so amazing didn’t felt any pain at all she has so much passion for her work. I would I really recommend visiting there. Davinder you’re awesome.:)

Everyone is really nice and hardworking but Mrs. Davinder kaur is really nice and hard working lady to get your waxing or threading done.

The lady there was so polite and doing her job properly but i went there about 3 weeks ago for brazilian wax and face.the wax burnt my skin and its been 3 weeks now that i have to apply the releif cream just because of the bad wax they use. Dont go here if you dont wanna burn your skin. Its really poor of them to use such products.

Worst experience… first of all, girl named NAV, didn’t greet at all. She gave me a look as if why I am here.
NAV was doing my upper lips, other girl with chura asked her to take the payment from other customer because She went to grab food from delivery driver who was waiting outside. NAV didn’t not finish my upper lip, instead she went to take payment from other customer, which was disgusting since I was waiting for her to finish my upperlips on that rag and torn chair.

I suggest them to change their furniture and hire staff who really wanna work

Worst experience ever. They are unprofessional and do not expertise their work and offer services different from what a client request and not sure how this salon is still running. I visited them with my sister and they provide different service from what they charged for and when we request quote they say we can have it online. Online prices are different what they charge for in store. Worst ever experience. Zero star rating.

They deserve zero stars. Their serivce is very bad. Staff and owner is very rude they have no sense for how to deal with customers. Their service are worst. Because, I went at kiran beauty salon two time which is located at newton exchange and both times my experience was bad. First time i took the treatment of hair spa which was misguided by staff even they didn’t knw what’s the exact treatment i told nd want for my hairs. They just did nd the results was very bad infact that treatment effected very badly to my hairs. Second time, i went there for my threading. There was new lady who had just 6-7 months experience she damaged my one eyebrows nd gave the shape imperfect to my eyebrows. After that they denied her mistake nd said i don’t think it’s damaged bt if u think then what should i do don’t have any option u should wait for next growth or blah blah. After that i complained to their owner he was also rude with me. Really unimaginable attitude and happening over there. I was really disappointed with staff or owner service in my first experience nd first visit.

I have availed hair styling service, and am happy with the service. Will be back soon for more.
