The food is pretty good but the server was very mean and rude.he said we seated for too long and stared at us when we tried to ask for more food.and asked us not to ask so many questions because they are busy.even though we already ordered a lot for 6 people. I mean I have worked in busy places too.but people who can't handle the stress or not happy about their job shouldn't really continue work there.if they don't have a good mood.they shouldn't affect their customers. We are there for leisure and we have two kids who witnessed that stinky face.which is quite a bad influence to the kids.

Not the best Kirin in the chain, the only thing that’s good is the not so cramped seating and its downtown location.

We were seated promptly upon arriving for the reservation. Was brought tea without asking which kind we prefer. Bland jasmine water, barely any good tea leaves inside to steep.

As for service, it will take forever to get noticed by a server despite sufficient staffing.

Food was pretty low in quality and quantity. No glamorous photos to boast about!
Dim sum were lukewarm and small in size and truly lacking in taste. Wonder if it’s from their take home frozen line they failed to sell!?

The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, and good food, although the prices are expensive

Very disappointed with the dinner here. Food was really bad and had no flavour. Very overpriced for the portion you get as well.

In terms of service the waiters were rude and gave no attention to our table. The food took almost 1.5 hours to come out in total and it all came out separately which was not ideal.

Overall a bad experience

StandRd dim sum items fairly good shrimp ball hom bow. Was immediAtely seat no waiting g took 30 minutes fir simple dim sum. Over priced. I can do better at other Chinese restaurants both in price, food delivery time. Amazing no soy sauce on tables first time ever had to ask.

Food was okay. The service was absolutely horrible and condescending. We spent over 300 dollars, but the servers rushed us, was extremely rude. We brought our family friends who came from the other side of the world, to have a good time but instead we've been deeply ashamed and our evening was ruined thanks to such horrible service. For a "restaurant" in downtown at 2022, it felt very outdated.
The servers couldn't wait for us to go home. Not worth your money. Look up the recipes online and get a mom to cook it. It'll probably cost a fraction too

Great dim sum place, we came around 3PM with no reservation, it was not very busy. Love everything we ordered other than the spare ribs which was too fatty.

I had lunch with my colleagues at Yhis location. The foods is just okay nothing special, the only special is bad services. Throughout the whole time, lot of the staffs serving us with really bad attitudes n not friendly at all. So disappointed.

Ordered take out, paid $100 for a few pathetically small dishes that tasted so-so. Arrived home to find they forgot the rice we ordered and the host had the nerve to ask for a tip when I paid. No wonder the place was empty at 6: 30pm. NEVER going back!
I highly advise you eat elsewhere as there are countless better options downtown.

One of the top restaurant in Downtown Vancouver that you can enjoy the best quality of Hong Kong dim sum and dishes here. I recommend visiting here in the morning for dim sum.

Went to inquire if any seats are available, got screamed at across the hall by one of the managers "no reservation, no seat! " and he just walked away.

There were other customers there and everyone was shook.

Went to Neptune down the street for Dim Sum instead.

Great dim sum place in the heart of Vancouver. Nice and clean restaurant with presentable menu items. Service was good and we got there close to 3PM. We felt a little rushed with ordering which was understandable but then they didn't rush when eating which was nice. There's also not as many options for dim sum but the classics were all there. Siu mai and steamed shrimp dumplings were decent but I really enjoyed the squid ink bun with custard. Overall, a nice restaurant to have dim sum in the city. Would definitely come back.

Delicious food! Enjoyed all the dishes! My favorites would have to be the spare ribs and the calamari. It does get busy but the food is fresh. I will note that the food didn't all come at once and there was waiting time between each dish. Will definitely come again!

The food and space is EXCELLENT.

It’s a spacious and clean room, we were able to get a reservation for Sunday morning, quality of food and ingredients is well worth the price.

We loved the Kirin at City Square and after it closed we needed a new spot. Was a little hesitant to try at first because of the reviews but so glad we did.

Nice place with great costumer service

My favorite dish was lobster stir fried noodles also I really like both of the soup too but my least fav was dessert, I think it’s just almond milk
