I’ve went here already two times to get my windshield fixed and they never fail to amaze me, Anna with her friendly smile and Cahol explaining everything to me, these guys are the best when it comes to my car! Thank you all and keep up with your excellent work!

I loved how the reception Anna was so accommodating to my needs & understanding. It was very helpful to have text & email updates every few days in what's going with my vehicle & the progress. I appreciated the manager calling to help me get an appointment into their shop as soon as possible according to my busy schedule with 3 young kids. Overall this 72nd location was very professional & fast. Special thank you to Javid Subedar for helping me understand the whole process, he was very informative & professional.

Te staff there are very very unprofessional on there work and attitude, really disrespectful staff and im very disappointed.

The work they do is very un professional as shown in photos, if i did the job myself it wouldve been better. The staff just wants to get rid of you and they dont want to help, im not sure if its only this location but i very dont recommend going there.
Washing cars is to much for them!

It's been a great experience having my car fixed at kirmac. Had my car fixed
and they cleaned my car interior as a customer service special thanks to Hardip who speaks multiple languages.

When I asked to speak to a manager in regards to my poor repair he said he would call me but I never heard back.

I've been in Kirmac to change the cracked windshield on Friday, walk-in. They didn't have the technician on that day. I have multiple insurance providers, basic with ICBC, and extended with BCAA. The lady at the reception mentioned they can only check with ICBC in their system; for BCAA I need to call beforehand to get a claim number. I called BCAA from there and collected the claim # from them.

After that, the process was simple. The reception lady took the picture of the glass and told me the technician would check and order the glass on Monday, and usually, it takes a week to get the glass.

I got called by the technician on Tuesday that they got the glass and to bring the car over. I dropped the car next day @ 8 AM in the morning and got a phone call around 2 PM that the car is ready to pick up. I picked up @ 5: 30 PM. I'm super happy with the service I've received. Keep up the good work, folks! Highly appreciated and recommended!

Amazing service best place for icbc stuff. Got tesla model 3 windshield replaced here twice. Every other place was 5-6 weeks they took 1 week max.

Went in to get a bumper replaced. Was called down for them to look at the car and get info.was told they would call me with either a price or to tell me they could not find it. 4 weeks ago. No word at all. Terrible customer service

Great service but then, my memory card of my dash cam was missing when they give my car back. Reported it and they didn't call me back.

I've used Kirmac - Surrey services twice now. I like how they set you up with car rental while your car's getting fixed, SMS messages for updates on the car and fixing the car is fast provided that the parts are available. I also like that they returned the car clean. Anna is very accommodating and super nice! Can't get customer service this great anywhere else.

Made many mistakes, had to keep going back to get things done when it should be done the first time. Bad service, kept changing dates to pick up the car.

Made an appointment via phone and gave all details. Arrived at the appointment and was told they wouldn't even look at it until May, the info I got on the phone was incorrect, and I'd have better luck elsewhere.

Had to get some body work done and Kirmac got it done pretty quick. Great service overall! The car was even cleaned inside and out! Shout out to Anna who was extremely helpful and genuine and really made the whole process very easy, which I’m grateful for! I would recommend this location just because of the wonderful person they had at the front desk.

Fantastic service, it took a bit to get in, but they're busy. Anna at the front counter was awesome! She took care of our rental and anything else, we just dropped the car off and picked it up when it was ready their work was great car looked like new.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about this Kirmac location! They provided the best customer service and work! I was shocked how nice and helpful everyone was, you don’t get that kind of customer service these days. They fixed my car very quickly with only having to wait 2 days for my car to be repaired! On top of that they offered a rental vehicle for the time it would take to get it fixed. The work was incredible, they even cleaned and washed up my car making me feel great getting back into it. I know Kirmac Collision for a number of years and this is the only shop I will trust to do repairs on my SL 550R Merc. They are always good on what they promise and whatever they do. A little damage when I tried to befriend a large rock. They got the part and fired the damage quickly and inexpensively.

I've had my car repaired here twice at this location and they've done a phenomenal job with the repairs and paint on my civic. Anna and Shalvin were great to keep me up to date with any applicable updates on my car's completion status.

I am surprised there have been some negative reviews for this location.

Anna in the office was exceptional. Brought my car for body work and Anna was very professional and helped me set up the car rental and explained everything in detail. Great customer service that’s why I bring all my cars here for chipped windshield or any body work

Recently we had a rear end accident and Kirmac was really professional and amazing in dealing with us. For the estimate a technician was at home to take pictures and explain us the further process. Anna whom we met in the office was extremely kind and helpful both in directing us for a rental car and kept us updated on the progress of repairs. We are impressed with the work they have done. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs some work done on vehicle. The front desk lady name Anna is so friendly and curious, and very welcoming. The staff are friendly and and their work on my car are completely amazing. I couldn’t even tell that my car was damage in the first place. I dont even live in surrey and i already brought my car there 3 times because people just keep crashing into my car. I took my 2018 JK Rubicon in for an ICBC claim for my roof.
Because this was an ICBC claim, they had to do a best value. Which meant I was going to receive a refurbished roof. Once received they made sure to save all my aftermarket hardware from my damaged roof, did excellent work on the refurbished roof to make it match, and provided an excellent finish. Through the whole process they made sure to keep me in the loop and address all my concerns.
I will definitely go to this Newton location again if ever needed.

Kirmac Collision in Surrey provided me with the best services when it comes to fixing the body of my truck. Anna has been very helpful throughout the process and dealt with my problem on the spot. Great fast service was only there for about 20 mins and they washed my car as well! Definitely recommend:)

When dealing with vehicles, an easy fix may not be so easy. But was happy when Kirmac worked with me every step of the way until I was 100% satisfied. They could have easily turned me away.

Not a good body shop, don't take care of your car

I'll expand on my review here with some points.

1. Shop Lied to me about the courtesy car, they said they aren't able to give you one unless the are actively repairing your vehicle. I've seen this in others reviews as well.

This is a lie, I talked to ICBC you can pick up a courtesy car from any rental place if your car is in the shop. I'm not sure what is going on here but it feels like they are scamming, perhaps they bill ICBC with a courtesy car and try to make some money by not giving one out? I'm not sure.

2. Shop interior is very messy, I should have taken some pics when I had the chance, they leave all windows open, parts scattered everywhere, they do body work which makes all the parts of car including the interior super dusty.

3. They cut corners and try to pull fast ones. They didn't put a headlight bulb in my car, only put 1/4 screws in my license plate, they broke the rod that holds my hood up, the body finish on the corner of my bumper was super rough, it will cut you if you run your finger on it and my tire was flat by the time I went home. So it's a lot of things you might not notice right away, I was amazed when I realized all this.

I was very frustrated and the shop at this point, I just repaired everything on my own. I wasn't going to bother being given the run around again.

4. Very poor communication, this goes along with my point one. I asked them not start repairs on my car (I see another review where the same thing happened), and update when ICBC approved and I could pick up my courtesy car from them. They did not, I called them twice to ask, they said they had not started repairs, went in to find out they were already half way done. So I actually went a week without a courtesy car because I didn't know I could get one through ICBC/rental shop.

I don't want to speak of my experience with the store manager just yet, but he is very unpleasant to talk to and deal with, not to mention putting staff on the spot infront of customers. I am writing this because I just saw Kirmacs reply, he also kept saying "regional manager" in his conversation, he wouldn't allow this, we can call him right now etc.

Do Not Take Your Car Here.

I brought my daughter's car in to have a rock chip repaired on her windshield. I was late for the appointment yet Rachel was absolutely lovely & reassured me that she understood how things arise beyond our control. They took the car in immediately. Rachel explained everything before & after the procedure. It turned out that the chip occurred in an area so low on the windshield, that the machine used for the procedure couldn't access the chip from the interior of the car. Kirmac technicians did what they could to seal the chip from the exterior. Because they weren't able to complete the job, they didn't charge me. Further, they washed the car & I was done in about 15minutes. Everyone that I spoke with or saw at this location had a smile on their face and they were all so friendly and helpful. I was very appreciative of their excellent customer service & their honesty; my daughter doesn't have a lot of money so this was a very nice surprise. I would definitely recommend Kirmac & we will be returning in the future.

After noticing a crack on my windshield, I went over to this location to learn what my options were, certainly visibly shaken to staff as well. Staff stepped in right away, assuring me I had nothing to dread, opting to take the initial photos of the damage at this location, and then setting up an appointment for the following Saturday at another location, sending the photos there as well. All in all - while this location didn't do much regarding the actual repair - the service I've received with Kirmac throughout the lower mainland locations has been fabulous, and I will be certainly recommending it to friends and family in the Langley and Surrey locations! Stop on by!

Went to get my windshield repaired. Staff was so helpful and friendly! I didn’t have to do anything, they did the claim, they had enterprise meet me with a rental at my appointment time which I got for the very next day. They helped me transfer car seats and then even dropped off the rental for me as well. Very impressed with my service there!

The best, the best, the best! I cannot get over how nice, helpful, and prompt the service is. Lisa Vu, the manager goes way beyond her job ensuring that you get the best. Twice, she did not even charge me for something that to me was minor, but I was sure any other service center would have charged me mega bucks for. Not only that, my car was also washed at no charge.
I want to emphasize that it is not just about the cost I am writing this review for, but for the people-focused service that this place delivers. It validates my optimism that there are really some nice business folks who see beyond the $$$.

After my recent hit & run accident, I was very impressed with the courteous and professional assistance the staff at Kirmac Collision gave me. Not only was the damage to my vehicle done to my satisfaction, they explained some details of my coverage to me that I didn't realize I had available. I highly recommend Kirmac to those who require collision repairs to their vehicle.

Check your car before & after you take it from them! Putting my family life in danger on a high-way cause one of them forgot to put back the clips for the lower bumper cover! That is not a joke! Reason why i fix it there cause they help KIDS for donations. Never ever gonna deal with again!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone that likes their car. They do not know the basics of reattachIng bumper covers on after a repair. You will also likely find runs in the paint as I did after they paint your car. I would take my car back but it was returned to me with scratches on other panels so getting one scratch painted will cost you several new ones on other areas of your car. This is not a good trade off! I drove into their lot when my car was in for repair and saw an employee leaning up against a customer's car. Seriously! At the very least scuffs will occur and if you are wearing jeans with rivets in them then you might as well be keying that car. No wonder that location changes managers and staff faster than most people change their underwear. Save yourself a lot of aggregation and get your car fixed at a proper shop with real painters and bodymen. Kirmac should share their "caring for kids" with caring for customers and quality of work.

Kirmac is my number one choice when it comes to my car needing a repair. They do excellent work!

Service use to be 100% a 10 out of ten. But now since they have some new workers the quality and service have gone down hill. A little disappointed in the last repair I received here.

The worst place to get your car fixed, I had my front bumper painted last year and the paint started peeling off within few months. Their Manager said it`s rock chips from the highways, I trusted them and now when the paint is peeling out more I can clearly see that they just painted another layer of paint on top of the old one without removing and sanding down the existing paint to primer. I don`t know what i could do at this point but I am completely disatisfied with their workmanship for which they charged around 800$ to ICBC. I could have get this done from a local repairshop for 300$ for complete bumper and with good Quality. I would not recommend it to anybody atleast not the surrey location. Can anybody suggest what I could do at this point, Can I take this matter to ICBC again? Pics are also attached

Great service but the car they gave me this time was dirty inside, stains on the seat and did not smell clean. Also gas was pretty much empty! Looks like someone forgot to top it up.

Had to deal with them a while back horrible service with disrespectful lies they feed you telling you the cars ready then having another problem continuously happening 2 3 times would not deal with them made a simple job into a 2 month process
