This isn’t your average review for a collision repair company. This is a story of how the staff at the RidgeMeadows Kirmac went above and beyond in a way that truly made a difference when it counted most for me. You see, I’ve got a well driven older car that I’m preparing to sell and most people told me not to waste my time fixing it up. I don’t know
anything about cars but I started watching YouTube and dismantling things on my own. Realizing I had gotten in over my head I took my car, Maggie as I call her, to Kirmac to see
If they could help me finish the job. They could have turned me away, shamed me for attempting to do the job on my own or made me feel bad about slowly bringing in missing parts over the course of a week. Instead Kazim and Trevor treated me with patience, kindness and compassion. As a female attempting to navigate car things in a male dominated industry, I was both embarrassed to ask for, and worried about how to receive the help I needed. These guys made me feel safe and valued, even if the job I was asking of them was unorthodox. That says a lot about a company and the people who work there. Little did these guys know- getting this car put back together has a far greater significance to me than just completing a to-do list. More than doing a great job with the work, they met me without prejudice when they easily could have turned me away. How you treat people matters; this is a company I feel good about recommending to my closest friends and family. Thank you!

I was in a collision with a bear. The customer service here was super accommodating they took care of all the repairs and even added new windshield wipers and a cleaning. Kazim helped me he was super nice sweet guy!

We took our 2018 Accord to this location for a Honda warranty roof repaint due to peeling paint. It was a very involved job, needing all glass removed. Supply chain issues, holiday season and pandemic issues resulted in an almost month long stay at Kirmac. Unavoidable. The staff was excellent. We got the car back two days ago. I’m extremely pleased with the quality. I’d not hesitate to use Kirmac again. And a big thumbs up to the manager, Kazim Naulakhai for his courtesy and professionalism.

Great Service! I was told 3 weeks for it to be complete and it only took 2. Had an issues with a warning light being on after pick up and they promptly brought my car back in for it to be sent to Audi for a look over! Appreciate the lifetime warranty too.

Stan helped us with our hit and run incident. He made sure we had a rental car when we dropped off our SUV for repair. Repair was done in a very timely manner.everything looks good! This was my first time dealing with Kirmac and Stan had made it a wonderful experience. THANK YOU AGAIN Stan

Absolute worst body shop I’ve ever dealt with. Not only with the quality of work but their customer service. The manager was very incompetent and and difficult to deal with. Very inconsiderate and didn’t make me feel like my business mattered to him.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I recently took my Jeep to Kirmac for a windshield replacement and was extremely impressed with the service I received. Stan helped me sort out my paperwork and answered all my questions about the process. He even had my Jeep ready earlier than expected. He was helpful, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. I am very appreciative of the fantastic customer service I received. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care and service!

I brought my car in to be fixed in October which they needed to order trim pieces that was supposed to only take a few weeks. 5/6 months went by and I hadn't heard anything so I followed up with them which I find out they hadn't even placed an order for these parts. In that time the paint bubbled on not my car where the repair was done and the refinished rim was completely peeling off. Last month (May) I finally had that repaired. They ordered in the trim piece for that visit but to find out the original matching one to the other side was a discontinued so I was given the choice to have them not matching or have the order side done with the new version to match. This piece was finally just installed today which was just installed today with absolutely no care or attention. Installation is uneven and crooked with old glue visible for me to go home and clean off myself.

The manager stood back and had one of the shop guys return my car to me. Didn't even make sure it was satisfactory. He even saw me checking out the repair and hid like a coward which in the time of writing this review has still done nothing.

Worst car repair experience! I will in no way come back to this shop. Nearly a year to have minor cosmetic repairs done.

I can't speak highly enough of the service that I received from Kirmac Ridge Meadows. They recently painted my Honda Fit as part of a warranty claim. The initial inspection was done in my driveway. How convenient was that?
Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The car was returned to me looking like new and far cleaner on the inside than when they had received it. Thank you Sean Dawson and Scott Chen for your outstanding customer service.

Have had nothing but great experiences with the bodyshop. Carlos has been nothing other than amazing.
