Kirmac took care of all my needs. Service was quick and great. I literally showed up and everything was ready for me. Job was done well. They also cleaned the car as a courtesy which I'm grateful for. Highly recommend.

Kirmac was so great when I, unfortunately, got a rock chip in my new car the first time driving it! While ICBC kept telling me conflicting information and making the process very confusing, Kirmac was so helpful when I called and really guiding me as to the process and fixed everything so quickly for me. Took my CRV to Kirmac last month to address a hit and run ICBC claim. Their service is top notch! Recently I had another issue with rats getting in my hood and chewing through my windshield washer hose and David there was amazing and fixed the problem in an hour!

It was my first time at a shop so I was very lost and unsure what to do. David super helpful and knowledgeable. I had lot of questions to ask and he walked me through with excellent customer service. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place, go ask for David!

I would highly recommend this location. The service I received was excellent. They did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after a small accident and I am very happy with the end result. I upgraded my rental car to a Tesla for a small fee and it was well worth it. These guys are professionals at Kirmac New Westminster. Thanks guys, I’ll be back in the future.

The staff are super friendly and were very helpful when I got into a bender and didn’t know the ICBC process. David was super helpful and explained the process and set me up with a superb rental. The place was well managed and timely, they even washed my car!

2019: I had to go back for touch-ups. It wasn't done right the first time. But when I did get it back the second time, the quality was fantastic

2023: I had a chip in the windshield. They fit me in last minute to their schedule to get it fixed the day of the inspection which is awesome. I was certain I would be leaving my vehicle for a day while they fix it but Ken at Kirmac assured me they would take care of me right away. I had my vehicle ready to go about an hour after walking into their business.awesome work, fantastic service, thanks Kirmac for everything over the years for all my cars

My experience started out pretty badly with Kirmac. The original manager wouldn't call back when he said he would. My car didn't get touched until the new manager, Khyn, stepped in. I guess the other manager didn't do anything about my claim. If it were not for Khyn I would be leaving a one star review. He stepped in and made the whole experience better and my car got fixed in a timely manner, without any problems. Thank you Khyn. Fantastic job.
