Excellent service, communication and the repair made my car look like it never happened. Ethan went the extra mile and buffed out some minor scratches and pushed ICBC to cover as much as possible. I felt confident in them moments after meeting them. Very professional, great work!

I want to give a big shout out to Matthew at Kirmac, North Vancouver. He was friendly and had fantastic customer service skills. He went above and beyond to assist me in fixing my car's right rear bumper screws. It was a very pleasant experience for me. I highly recommend this place. If in the future my car needs any body repairs, I will for sure come to this shop.

I had a great experience getting my car fixed after my car was hit. It was all done through my ICBC claim and the customer service was second to none. The staff there are very knowledgeable and the entire fixing process was finished in a timely manner, having my car back in my possession the day it was said it would be done. Special shout out to Ethan May who gave me a superior customer experience.
