Getting an estimate appointment was probably the most challenging part, but I understand why they have so many people booked in - quick turn around after bringing my car in, and the quality of work was great!

My car was (embarrassingly) dirty after being on the road all summer and I got it back vacuumed and shiny.

A very poor experience. Zero communication. They left large black hand marks all over the roof of my car (I was getting the sunroof replaced) and tried to blame them on me. It took another 2 hours for them to clean them off and they did a very poor job leaving a few marks visible.there was left over broken glass and screws all throughout the car. They messed around with both the seat belts making me go back to have them fix as they no longer worked. The job also took over double what they estimated the time it would take to do. With zero updates on changes.

Awesome! So fast! Just 3 weeks and I got brand new factory made Tesla windshield replaced. Car washed, best communication I experienced with any service center in Vancouver. 6 stars service! Bring your Tesla here people!

Had probably the best auto care experience from start to finish here recently having my windshield replaced for a crack from a rock chip. From booking the appt to pick up the team was so helpful and pleasant to work with. They made the icbc claim a breeze. The job was done quickly and very impressed all around. Even washed my car and some interior detailing! I will certainly be back in the future. Shout out to Adam the glass manager who is an absolute gem

I was very happy with the customer service that I received from Kirmac Collision & Autoglass off Main Street. They were professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the period it was under repair. I was always able to get a response from Kirmac regarding my car by phone or email. I got to check out my vehicle while it was undergoing body repairs at the shop and after all exterior repairs had been completed. Even special requests such as viewing the alignment of head lights were kindly accommodated for. Specialists were retained for specific repair parts such as wheel rims and the wiring harness, and they did an excellent job. The only room for improvement is that it took about 6 weeks for the wiring harness to be received & installed by Audi, but that was not Kirmac's fault. Big thanks to Cory Bell and the Kirmac team for doing such a great job!: D

A big thanks to Adam! He is very professional and awesome at his job. They replaced my Nissan Rogue's windshield in few hours, the job was very nice and clean. I've gone to this Kirmac location twice now and both times were excellent experiences. Adam helped me most recently and was always polite, patient, and very clear in what was going to be done. Timelines and expectations were met and the final result looks fantastic. I'd bring my car to Kirmac again without hesitation.

Great service, you can tell they really care about taking as much of the legwork/load off the cousomer. And the car came back looking like it had just come off the lot, inside and out.

Was driving around for a week without a window. Waited for a quote from them never got one. Called another place and was able to get my car repaired the next day.

I had backed into a pole and damaged my rear window and gate. They replaced it all, good as new. My service rep, Angelo, was courteous, friendly, and professional.

Bad customer service: I tried getting an appointment for a damage estimate with Icbc. The receptionist on the phone was quite rude and short tempered and so after 5 minutes on the call, I decided not to book anything with them.

Excellent and speedy service! After discovering my car had been broken into and my passenger window was shattered, Kirmac was able to process my ICBC claim and set me up with a courtesy vehicle the same morning. Kirmac did a great job when I needed bodywork done to my rear fender a few years back, but recently I scraped a post on the other rear fender and Kirmac’s employee Ryan just got some cleaner to remove the paint from the post off my car, buffed it up and even washed my car! I was a bit stressed at the time so this took a lot of strain off of me. I was told that sometimes the body shops will do this kind of thing, but nonetheless I really appreciated Ryan’s great service. It came at just the right time, so hopefully he’ll keep up the good work!
