Kirmac Collision & Autoglass

My Toyota door glass got broken into during Christmas, so I asked around for a repair, and most of the shops told me it will take more than 3 months to order the parts from Toyota. Then Terry at Kirmac reached out and was able to find a replacement within a week, got it repaired quickly, and even gave me a courtesy car during the repair.
Cannot praise and recommend enough at this Kirmac branch in Maple Ridge. Just ask for Terry, he is super friendly and knowledgeable, two big thumbs up!

The team at this Kirmac is truly exceptional. My husband and I took our truck there after an accident during the snow storms, where a big ice patch did some serious damage. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They made what can be a very stressful situation, a total breeze, and we truly appreciate it. From making sure we got the right type of rental vehicle, while our truck was being fixed, so we could still go to our cabin over the Christmas Holidays, to keeping us informed via text on the progress of our vehicle, they really were exceptional from start to finish, and provided the best quality customer service ever. We also appreciate how hands on the manager is, you can tell he takes pride in his team and shop and his friendliness and presence was fantastic & memorable. Literally from the first call to book in after the accident, till we drove our newly fixed truck off the property, every interaction with this team was fantastic! I was SO impressed by the service I received at this Kirmac on 228th in Maple Ridge. They followed through with everything they said. My car looks great, the damage from my fender bender is gone and they cleaned my car, inside and out. They even cleaned my dog hammock! I feel like they really care about their clients. I'm supper impressed. I highly recommend this branch!
