Kirmac Collision & Autoglass

They were very reasonable at fixing the damages to get paid by ICBC (aesthetics wise). Tho some how set off the airbag light and engine light saying it's not their problem anymore. Also damaged my truck further, reviewed the initial inspection photos to prove it happened on their site, yet they denied fault and said it was already there, but the photos and initial inspection showed there were no damages prior.

Horrible service, The manager takes no accountability. Car has been in out always, every time they try to “fix” it, I swear, two days later a new issues pops up. Horrible service, they don’t accommodate customers at all. They have refused to offer my father a vehicle and it’s been months.
I hope Icbc can flag this shop and avoid doing business with them. Unacceptable.

Very professional, courteous, experienced body work professionals. My vehicle is just 3 yrs old and was in pristine condition until I was hit by a transport truck whi took off. This facility took me right away for an estimate. My vehicle looks fantastic again. I would highly recommend this facility.

Someone tried to break into my car recently, and they caused a lot of damage. Kirmac restored my car, and made it whole again. Peter was super friendly, professional, caring, and patient. He want above and beyond to explain everything in detail. It was a pleasure working with him. Thanks Peter!

I had a car accident back in May, and I was told by ICBC to find a body shop of my choice, I had no clue what to do, phoned many places which either didn’t pick up or told me they will call me back and I’ve never heard back from any.

I found Kirmac shop on Google, and I didn’t know what to expect, I called them regarding my claim and that my vehicle is not drivable, the customer service agent on the phone was very friendly and I’m the kind of person who likes to ask many questions and I like to have an in depth idea about all the processes, and the agent answered all my questions and inquiries with a great manner.

The car was at the shop for a total of 22 days and I was receiving a weekly updates about the vehicle repair process which is absolutely great!

They did replace some parts, fixed some parts and did a paint job on the body, what’s important is that my my car was restored to its original conditions! And slightly better!

I was phoned to pick up the car, and the car was washed and cleaned inside out. I had the car for almost a week now, and its as good as the first day when I bought it.

My wife was in an accident and our car went to Kirmac Collision in North Richmond. The estimator there, Andy Peng, was very helpful to us. He actually provided me with more information than ICBC. Andy was thorough and kept me abreast of everything that I needed to do while doing an exacting estimate and timeline. A real person to talk to in a time of uncertainty. I highly recommend this shop and especially Andy Peng.

BEWARE: Terrible quality work. Came in with a simple broken window with some minor vandalism.

1) appointment that I made over the phone didn’t exist when I arrived
2) when they finally took the car in a week later he was already telling me things like they weren’t sure if the tire was covered etc (even though the claim had been submitted and approved). Saying ICBC usually says yes or no and not that they leave it in their hands so he said it was an odd situation
3) they called to say the car was ready, I went to pick it up and they hadn’t cleaned all the glass from the interior of the car. Including around the infant seat. There’s also strong tape residue on the outside from where they had taped off the plastic. I had to come back later that day to pickup the car (it’s still not 100% clean of glass but it figure I’ll call ICBC at this point as Kirmac isn’t helping)
4) I’m driving home and roll down the window. I hear glass scratching on glass and it appear they didn’t clean all the glass from the interior of the door as I can now see little scratches on the tint of the new window.

Perhaps ICBC will suggest taking it to another company or force a different Kirmac to fix it.

I wouldn’t take my car back to this location or recommend anyone else take their vehicle there. I’ve wasted so many hours of my time with them and still am pretty much back to square one as I need to get it repaired again.

Customer service at its best. From a simple phone call to book an appointment to the experience each staff member provided, they were a trusted advisor first. They treated my car with care and ensured my concerns were heard before starting any work. I will refer everyone to them and sing their praises.

I took my car to Kirmac Richmond Voyageur way Michael was in charge he did a very good job I’m very pleased with him, wile fixing my car he noticed my headlights are not the same turns out previous body shop Boyd Autobody & glass last year wen they were fixing my car they put wrong aftermarket headlights on my Mazda 3 2019. Thankfully Michael from Kirmac noticed and he changed to original

The same damage last year Boyd Autobody and glass took 5 months to fix it
Kirmac took only 1 week to fix it and they offered me free car while my car was in they’re shop

These guys are awesome. Despite them being super busy and me trying to get back home to Houston (no, not the Texas one), they pretty much made the room to replace my damaged windshield on my '96 Suburban so I could be on my way. Just.awesome. A heartfelt thank you fellas.

Brought my vehicle here for icbc claim and when I received it back, my bumper clips were broken, panel sticking out and defect on the paint. They wouldn’t even give me touch up paint for the defect, when it clearly was clear coated over.
Unfortunately they have students working on the vehicles and sometimes corners are going to be cut.
I guess come here if you want your panels misaligned and poor quality job done.

Amazing craftsmanship from the team at this specific location. Took a couple weeks because ICBC is so slow but that’s not on them. They made my vehicle look brand new. Thank you Kirmac and team.

Kirmac was one of the few places that was not booked up and able to take my car in and repair it after an accident. John Huang was extremely helpful, and communicated so well with me through out the process. He went above and beyond to help me and made a stressful accident much easier to deal with. It is rare to get such efficient, warm and friendly service and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend Kirmac! Thank you!

I had a fender bender fixed at this location with Michael Ng. He and his team were very accommodating, helpful and professional. I cannot recommend their services enough. I will definitely be returning here for future repairs.

I had a problematic situation as I needed the car to be fixed ASAP (leaving the country and need to sell the car before). Although they didn’t have immediate availability they still went above and beyond to help me. They gave me great advices and tips regarding the selling process and even offered a quick clean/fix to the scratches so it will look better in case I will try to sell it without fixing it, AND refused to take money for it!

Made an appointment to have my company vehicle inspected. Provided all of the information requested of me. I arrived at the shop for my appointment and was told that the vehicle has a rebuilt title and they don’t want to take it because other customers have been difficult to deal with for vehicles with a rebuilt title. Store Manager came out to explain to me and explained that the store manager can make a judgment if they accept it or not but he doesn’t want to accept the vehicle. So I drove all the way here to be turned away because the viewed the vehicle and don’t want to accept it. Be cautious, you may show up and be turned away. Thankfully it was driveable or I may have incurred cost to just be turned away.
