Kirmac Collision & Autoglass - Schoolhouse

My babysitter accidently crashed into a cement barrier and damaged the running board on my truck beyond repair.
I brought it I'm to Kirmac and within 30 mins they had it removed. The staff booked me in so fast and the customer service was exceptional.
Abass, the store manager was so kind and helpful amd did this service for free! Thank you so much! I highly recommend Kirmac on Schoolhouse.

My experience was amazing with this location. Great service and accommodating staff that were willing to provide options for replacing a part on my vehicle. The Manager, Abbas was informative and friendly, while also being very kind with someone who is not well informed about car repairs.

Every other collision centre was booked for months for icbc tow ins, except for Kirmac Schoolhouse. They were able to get my car to the shop in about a week or so. Vy was very nice and helpful in walking me thru what was happening with my car. Once I got the news that it was a total loss, I came to empty out my belongings. I was having trouble removing my trailer hitch, so a mechanic by the name Tony came to try as well. He was helpful as well. I'd be happy to return here.

Regrettably, I found myself facing a double claim due to a string of unfortunate car-related incidents. However, amidst these challenges, Vy and the incredible Kirmac Team at Schoolhouse truly made a world of difference. Their exceptional accommodation and unwavering support, even during moments of frustration, significantly eased this entire process. Thank you guys!

I had my windshield replaced through BCAA (my optional insurance provider). Called up a few other places prior to this one and many told me that BCAA is picky and cheap that they will only deal with it if I get the claims going and be approved. However, Jon took care of it from A to Z explaining all the options I could have (going with OEM) and got it done within 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place.

This location is so great. Everyone who works here is so positive and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in right away and Josh helped me with the rock chips on my window shield. They said it would take 30 minutes but Josh was amazing. It took way less than that.

I took my car here for an ICBC claim. They did wonderful job on the repair. Great customer service and the job was done quicker than I thought it would be. Would highly recommend their service!

I went in there to get my rock chip repaired even though they did it for free but they did a very bad job that I had to get it re-done from somewhere else and getting it repaired the second time was harder. If I knew they are not really professional at what they do, I would have never gone to Kirmac.

I received nothing but terrible service from this location. There were a lot of quality control issues with the work that was done on my vehicle. The manager promised a few things and it's been months since I even heard from him. I'm really hoping that someone from corporate/hq would reach out to me about the experience I have had with this location. I would take my car elsewhere next time if this would ever happen again.

I have used this location three times for different issues. All of the staff are super awesome and friendly. They regularly go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied.high five!

Abbas managed the repair of my car, and I couldn't recommend him enough. He was professional, communicative and timely. The work done to repair my car was excellent, and it was returned to me in brand new condition, including a nice cleaning on the inside. Great experience.

My car was broken into and my driver side window smashed a week before Christmas. I called the team Monday to book an appointment. My experience started with my phone call, Daniel helped navigate me through the process of booking and helped me understand the claims process. He also let me know what to expect in terms of communication with ICBC which helped mitigate my anxiety. He was kind, warm and helpful. Then I showed up for my same day appointment and was greeted by Jon. He set me up with a courtesy car and ran through what they would need to do to repair my broken window and any damages related to the break-in. He was knowledgeable, thorough, personable and kind. When it was time to pick up my car a day ahead of schedule I was introduced to Alex who worked behind the scenes with Jon to fix my vehicle! Along with damage to the window, they painted my doors repairing the scratches and chips from the break-in and also my seat which was cut by the glass. The car looks brand new! This team is such a thoughtful and caring team that they made a stressful and worst case scenario situation so smooth and painless. They will be who I go to in the future. Thank you so very much! Just in time for Christmas too!

Paid $140 for a minor windshield chip repair thinking it will be at least 90% not visible. But instead, the Crack is still there and just looks like it was just 20% filled. Looked like I could of bought an Amazon kit and did it myself!

Our garage door motor decided it didn't want to work anymore and closed on the back part of my vehicle, scratching the roof and cracking the rear spoiler. The team at Kirmac were amazing with efficiently getting parts ordered, painted and replaced. They even fixed the rock chip in my windsheild!

Collision repairs to my Nissan Versa: I would double the stars for Kirmac if I could. I have only good things to say about them. My car was ready before the date I expected it to be ready, It was thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and it looked great. They drove me home when I took the car in and called to pick me up when it was ready, without being asked to do it. It was my choice not to take a service car. I dealt with the manager Abbas, and Harry the driver, both were professional, understanding and courteous. If that wasn’t enough, I have received a very nice letter offering me free window chip repairs for as long as I own the car. What A fantastic company. Kirmac fixed my rear bumper perfectly in the end result. However I gave them a 4 Star rather than 5 since it took a long time, I came to pickup my vehicle 3 times, the first two times they I had come I found some unexpected issued regarding the paint which was unfortunate, and am very thankful kirmac fixed it up to pristine condition in the end. Highly recommend Kirmac, they do a great job with your vehicle and take good care.

I used this kirmac location recently to get my car fixed after an accident. I appreciated the mobile estimator who visited my home on the weekend to determine the parts that needed to be ordered to do the job. It was quick, painless, and saved me a trip. After 1.5 weeks, the parts arrived in the shop to get my car fixed. I took my car in and was given a similar sized car as a courtesy car. I appreciated that they took the time to clean the interior of my car and wash the exterior. The repair is nearly complete, just waiting on a back ordered item to complete the repair. I'm happy with the service, and thankful that the staff were so kind and patient when explaining the entire process with icbc and the insurance deductible.

I went in to get my front window replaced and James the guy i talked to up front was very nice and explained everything. Got a wash done by Harrison at the same time and it came out immaculate. Would defiantly recommend this place.

The level of customer service provided by kirmac at Schoolhouse has blown me away. I have come back twice for repairs, the first for a windshield replacement, the second repair was for a rock chip that dented and removed paint on the drivers side door. The second repair was not covered by insurance, and the Assistant Manager helped quote a reasonable repair cost, offered amazing customer service and a lifetime warranty on the work. I appreciate how staff is always friendly and very honest in their dealings. I do not shop around for other quotes, I am happy to stick with Kirmac at Schoolhouse - a place I know I can trust.

This is my second time at Kirmac collision. Very professional and friendly in their dealing, specially Kevin who took care of me and kept me informed about any updates about my vehicle. Moreover, I got third party insurance, providing some more benefits over ICBC insurance which was also taken care of by Kevin on my behalf. Car looked as new from the damaged side, properly washed and cleaned, sanitized from inside. Great customer service and highly recommended.

I just picked my car up this afternoon after having some body repairs done and I could not be happier. My car looks fantastic and the whole experience with Kirmac was wonderful. The facility is impeccably clean, from the lobby to their COVID protocols.everything is spotless.
I spoke with both Kevin and James and both were friendly, courteous and professional. It can sometimes be intimidating to come into places like this, but I felt welcomed from the very beginning.

I had my dad’s vehicle repaired after collision, which had aftermarket devices. They had to remove and reinstall these as part of the required repair paid by ICBC. But they screwed up all the electronics in the vehicle as it had been draining battery. They never cared to fix the problems properly and claimed the problems were not theirs to fix. Had to remove all these devices by a different mechanic but am still left with messed up wiring. NEVER trust these people! You will be left with nothing but more headaches down the road!

One thing that drew me to Kirmac Schoolhouse is how clean the facility is. The exterior, lobby, along with the shop were all very well maintained. This indicated my vehicle will be looked after as well.

Manager Abbas was professional, helpful, and informative since my initial inquiry on their services in August 2020. He was honest and made sure quality of the work on my car was of high level.
James provided excellent service throughout the repair process. He provided daily and detailed updates during the days my vehicle was in for repairs. Unfortunately another repair facility they deal with to have additional repairs completed for my vehicle failed to follow specific instructions and damaged my vehicle. Kirmac team took a loss for time they've put in to have the damages corrected on behalf of the other repair facility. Abbas and James as well dealt with the repairs at their facility oppose to sending me on a goose chase with the other repair facility.

Covid19 safety protocols: masks were mandatory, they provided sanitary wipes during exchange on key fobs, sanitized interior of my vehicle each time I picked it up, courtesy exterior wash and interior cleaning. Last but not least, courtesy windshield wiper blade replacements just in time for the rainy season.

I strongly recommend Kirmac Schoolhouse team. You will be treated very well from start to finish.

Took my car in to get fixed after being rear ended. Should have been simple enough. I go to pick up the car after they’re done and they backed up my car into another one and wrote it off. I had that car since brand new and had no issues with it and knew everything that was done to it. I was forced to by a used car which I’ve had constant issues with. All they offered after writing my car off was a detail of the car I was forced to replace it with. Take your car elsewhere. If I had taken my car elsewhere I’d still be driving that same car that was better than the one I had to replace it with.

Came in for a chip repair on my windshield during the coldest part of the year, Kevin and Aban helped me through the process and had me in within minutes. I came in today to replace my burned head light bulb. After technician checking my car, turns out it was a connection issue. They reconnected back and didn’t charge me anything.
