I came in with my Tesla Model Y chipped sunroof, even though it take almost 3 months from order to fixed. Jeff and his team and very helpful and responsive. Plus when I pick up my car my car was nicely fixed and super clean. H. C

I had my cracked Tesla windshield replaced by Kirmac. They were professional and did a great job. Communication was good. I would have given them a 5 rating except for they missed their completion commitment: they said they'd have it back by end of day but it took until well into the second day to complete.

Amazing customer service, kept me up to date on the progress and did fantastic work getting my vehicle back to 100%.

Very helpful with our Tesla. I had a decent rock chip and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They explained everything and were very professional.

When dropping off my wife for her car having the sun roof replaced (job done well and on time) I asked Mark if he would take a look at a paint scrape on my year-old SUV. It was a few minutes to closing and dark out so I drove up to the light from the shop door. Mark examined it and then brought out an air polisher removing foreign paint that looked like scrapes. In a few minutes I was on my way with perfectly restored paint and with no charge.

I'm not writing review for any reward whatsoever. My greatest reward is when Jeff (manager) honored the paint warranty for my AUDI Q5 car a few years later (which is this morning). Not only that, he even help me cleaning up the glass debris (from another shop's fault) as a courtesy, making sure I am completely fulfilled. I receive great respect from you and your team. Thanks Jeff and Kirmac team at Walnut Grove. The next time I will bring my Tesla here.

Dropped in for a rock chip repair and it was fixed and i was out of there 10 minutes later. Excellent service and professionalism.

Brought my tesla in for service and they helped me troubleshoot how to remove my roof rack that had a missing key and were wonderful to deal with every step of the way. Once the new windshield was in they got me in right away and had the swap done the same day. Even took the extra effort to give my car a free wash! Would absolutely deal with them again.

Service was great. Tesla glass currently takes a while to get but showed up when repair shop said it would and They called me to make an appointment

The finished work was great with professional manner but they didn't give me a call back when the work was finished before their promised/estimated time. That is awesome too. Early is better but again I had to wait (wasted) hour (s) ? At the Tim Horton for their missed "promised" call. I didn't want bother them by checking with them but you should bother to call them before their promised time because they may not call you back. Other than that, it's great!

We have taken our fleet to kirmac for a few years now and have always had a great experience. They consistently nail their customer service each and every time. Staff are always very friendly the work has always been exactly what we expect. Awesome job to the team. We met Jeff the manager who has been warm and welcoming each and every time a vehicle needs an unfortunate repair or fix. They will continue to be our go to shop. Great job to the team here!

These guys are great! I have brought my jeep grand Cherokee here a couple times now and Jeff is very informative and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is good. Recommend to anyone needing a vehicle service go see these guys.

Hi there, Kyle here. A coworker backed into my mustang at work in July. I got their info. Jeff's location was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them and received a very friendly and professional greeting. They gave me a quote quickly, got my car into their shop in a short time, arranged for a rental car, and had my car repaired within 5 days, far quicker than I was expecting. I've dealt with ICBC for my wife's car, and they have made my anxiety soar. The process this time was smooth and effortless. After I left the shop with my car, the left signal lightbulb burnt out. I called Jeff and explained the situation, and they graciously got me into their shop after work and replaced the lightbulb (free of charge!).

Thank you for providing a professional, stress-free experience. I've dealt with other Kirmac locations and have had my blood pressure brought to new heights with their idiocy; that was not the case with Jeff and his staff. Got both cars window chips repaired these guys are pros and extremely hard working. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for a windshield replacement; they took my insurance information, pictures of my car and told me they would contact me. Three and a half weeks later, I called to find out why it was taking so long. I found out that they had "dropped the ball" according to them, which means, they failed to follow through with my insurance claim. I still had to contact them several days later to book my appointment. When I dropped my car off at 8am, they said it would be quick and they would contact me when it was done. By 1: 30pm I had not heard from them. I called to find out when my vehicle would be ready and they told me they were just washing it outside now. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it had not been washed. Unprofessional at EVERY STEP! Never coming back here. Also, wish I had reviewed the windshield reviews before calling. They seem to have a terrible track record.

I was looking for the 6th star option, but wasn't there. The customer service and quality of work is outstanding at Kirmac in Walnut Grove. If your looking to get your car/truck back in shape, whether it's a small dent to full blown accident, go see Jeff at Kirmac, you won't be disappointed

My second vehicle collision repair here. 2010 Ranger XLT 4x4 and 2020 Dodge Ram Knight Edition 4x4. Jeff goes the extra mile with customer service. I am completely satisfied with the work done on both my trucks. I would highly recommend this shop.

Jeff at the Walnut grove location went about and beyond. Life for me is hectic & busy. He helped find & work with solutions to get my car in & get a loaner car to me ASAP.
Only thinking it was a simple glass repair. He scanned my new car over and picked up so much more damage than just a broken window. I was astonished at how much damage a broken window could cause.damaged leather seats, scratches all over my door panel and the aluminum siding.he caught it all! My car was returned so beautiful.thank you Jeff! You are 11/10 in my book. Your staff & you are so caring & kind too!

Just took my car for rear door replacement. I was so much impressed by the staff the day I step inside the office. It was fast efficient and on time. My appreciation goes to Esther, friendly and took extra time updating me a couple times of the work done on my car. I took it earlier than promise. My wife was happy how fresh and clean it was. Unfortunately my experience today was less than spectacular. I had called in the morning to see if (in the off chance) i could have our work vehicle brought in a bit earlier in the day to have our windshield replaced as one of our appts cancelled. The receptionist said no but see you at noon. Brought the van in at noon and was advised that our appt was actually the following day. I had specifically booked it for a certain date/time due to our tight schedule. Then i was told that they dont actually book the appts, the technician does. I wonder why i had spoken to someone on the phone and Booked the appointment. Anyways, will not return here for anything else at all.

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case, it bothered me enough that I felt something needed to be said. This review is more about customer service. The repairs seem to be okay. I had someone back into me and I brought my truck into Kirmac for an assessment. I was told they would need the truck for a week and I would be given a courtesy car. I belong to Roadside plus, so I was told I would be upgraded to a SUV or something similar to my Dodge Ram pick up, I really need the pick up for my business. They called me to come in, drop my truck off and pick up my loaner. When I arrived, not only was there not a pick up or SUV, but there was NO vehicle and I ended up walking back to work. Eventually, they arranged to have a "Minivan" dropped off, which is completely useless for my line of work. I called several times in an attempt to have this situation rectified and the answer I got was to keep trying Hertz myself. I am not impressed and won't be using Kirmac again.
