Have used this location on several occasions. John the manager has always explained what my repair requires. All staff have not only been professional but very courteous. All work has been completed to my satisfaction and I would recommend this location to all family, friends and anyone reading this review.

Good painting quality. When arrived to pick up the car, I found that the rear bamper wasn’t installed properly (loosened on some latches), showed that the manager, then it was fixed and returned within 1 hour.

Great staff and service. I dealt with Tim at reborn devision and I had to rebook for a small twick on fender flare which was very easy and fast turn around. Overall great staff and service.

We recently had our vehicle in for front end repair. John and his staff were top notch with customer service! And of course the quality of the repair was excellent and that’s coming from a very picky customer. Thanks so much!

Kirmac is definitely my to-go-shop for any auto repair. The staff at the location are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had a rock chip on my windshield and just brought my car in to see if it could be repaired. They were able to arrange the repair for me at the spot. It saves me another trip. Thank you!

My car was in this Kirmac location for a major collision repair. As the car was pretty badly damaged, it needed many replacement parts. However, due to the pandemic and all the supply chains slowing down, it took much longer than usual to get the parts needed for the car and put everything together. From the get go, the staff politely asked for my understanding given the circumstance. And whenever I called - and I called the office A LOT during the last few months - asking for any updates, the staff (namely Tim, Kevin, and Aanchal) ALWAYS answered with the same polite and pleasant attitude, thanking me for my patience.
I finally picked up my car today, and I am very happy with their job. Wonderful service!

Have had to come here a few times (unfortunately) they always do an amazing job on most issues with my car! John is also very friendly and helpful.

The entire experience was disappointing and extremely stressful. I had an appointment at another repair shop; however, I came in to Kirmac because it was more convenient that day. After pulling my ICBC file, I was told that Kirmac could not look at my car that day and that I could no longer take my car anywhere else as the file was "theirs" now. The staff that day were also rude when speaking with me. It took approximately a week for Kirmac to even send the estimate to ICBC. Then the repairs took 2 months and I was repeatedly sent conflicting messages about whether or not all the parts had arrived.
Feb 28 - car dropped off
March 16 - all arrived
March 24 - received wrong wiring harness
March 30 - all arrived
April 7 - waiting on a bracket
April 13 - car is being reassembled
April 18 - all parts arrived
April 21 - waiting on one more part
April 26 - car finally picked up

When my car was finally ready, I went to pick it up and the "Check Engine" light came on as soon as I started it. So I had to leave it again after already returning the rental car, which left me essentially stranded and unable to pick up my kids at daycare. I have had my car back for two days and the "Check Engine" light is on again. I will not be returning to Kirmac and have shared my disappointment with friends and colleagues.

Amazing service and quality of repair. Very fair pricing. After 18 years of using them continuously as a company, we still could not find a flaw or inconsistency with their outstanding delivery.
John Yuen is a perfect embodiment of the values this family business is run based on.

Kirmac is the best! So fast and did a great job. The staff is all great, such awesome customer service. John helped us and had our car fixed in the same week. Decent pricing, they even cleaned the car inside and out for us as a surprise when we picked it up. I thought I would be late getting there before closing and they even offered to wait for me after hours so I could get my car back before the weekend. They took so much stress off my back by providing me text message updates about the vehicle as well. Best body shop in Poco! Don't go anywhere else! You won't be disappointed! Just had the best experience here with Aanchal who was super helpful and thorough. I got a bad rock to my windshield and she went through everything step by step to help me get it repaired. Dyllan did an amazing job fixing the chip, I am blown away!
I will definitely look to come back if ever I need repairs (fingers crossed I don’t have to). And I am super appreciative of the excellent, courteous, and quick customer service and repair. Thank you!

They are very communicating and caring. All the works done on time and they sent me a report of work progress every week. Rachael and Paul were collaborative and respectful. I really recommend.

I found them horrible in timing. After evaluation, I was told that it will be next week for them to take my car in. So "next week" I had to call them twice to get an answer (there was no follow up from them). Now that they have the parts, I have to wait another week for my car to be taken in. I was told they only have one painter and that is why I have to wait another week! Is your staffing really my problem?

The lady at the front is so polite and good communicate with clients. They did great job and I am so happy with them.

I went into Kirmac not knowing much about how repairs from accidents worked. Aanchal and Brian took care of everything, explained everything and welcomed more questions/concerns. They are very professional and friendly, making the whole process easy. Even though it was a minor fix, they treated everything with such great quality! Definitely recommend talking with Aanchal and Brian!

Process was simple, service was pretty good. However, they were pretty lazy/lax putting my car back together. Trunk was not even, gaps clearly not uniform, a piece of bumper was needing redoing, as it was peeling away slightly. Overall the service was good from the front end staff, and specifically Kevin, has been good at letting me know when I picked up my car, upon inspection and seeing all these small but unnecessary errors/ spots that could have and should have had more care taken.

That said they've assured me they will make it right. Supposedly you have 6 months to bring your vehicle back to have work like this be repaired, I'm outside 6 months barely and hopefully this all gets sorted correctly.

Very fast repair, great quality of repair, and superb customer service. The customer service experience alone would send me back here for any additional repairs, plus they do great work!

Took my car in last week for repairs. The manager John was very thorough in his inspection. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and my car looks like new. Very happy with the level of customer service.

GREAT SERVICE! I had a tiny tiny crack in my windshield from a rock a couple days ago, which "should" be repaired/filled free via my very expensive $300 comprehensive ICBC deductible. But guess what? ICBC denied it because I just bought the van a week ago. Does that make any sense? No. Which is why the good guys at Kirmac fixed it for free. Thanks Kirmac! You just saved us taxpayers from having to replace my whole windshield in 2023.

Bottom line: ICBC is a racket, and Kirmac did the right thing by using their brains.

I just picked up my vehicle following a fender repair and bumper replacement. I am BEYOND happy with the customer service and the results of the repairs. John and the Receptionist were very welcoming, friendly, thorough, and professional during my estimate. The whole process was smooth and efficient including the replacement vehicle rental. Brian called me a few times to give me detailed progress updates regarding repairs and replacement parts and was very professional and friendly. When I picked up my car I was thrilled with the results! I could not believe the attention to detail! The exterior was immaculate. Because my car is a 2012 model I have been considering buying a new car soon. I think I’m going to hold off longer because I feel like I am driving a brand new car again.

I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you need any repairs at all. I Also love that Kirmac supports the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation through their charitable program Kirmac Cares for Kids. Kirmac on Westwood will be my go-to place from now on!

Highly recommend this place. Kazim and the manager John went out of their way to get me the rental I required and got the job done in a timely manner. The person who worked on my truck went even beyond and fixed and upgraded my wiring during the repairs. Thanks guys!

I took my car in today, and I was there for maybe 10-15 minutes total. They assessed the problem right away, and immediately took my car to the back and buffed out some minor marks on my bumper. It looks brand new again! On top of that, they didn't even charge me.

Nice place, ok service. I asked them to fix a broken bumper clip from a prior Kirmac repair that wasn't holding the left corner of my front bumper in place correctly. Did not make note of it, or simply didn't find it a nessessary repair under their warranty, hence my rating.

I've had to get my car repaired twice and both times I've gone to this location. I am sooo happy with the results and Kirmac's work. I had gotten paint on my seat and they even fixed that! Highly recommended this location for any repairs.

I went to see John (the manager) at Kirmac Collision in Port Coquitlam with a paint imperfection on the hood of my daughters brand New Honda Civic. Without any hesitation at all, John asked if he could take the car to his shop and take a better look at it. In 10 minutes John returned and the mark was gone. He managed to do his magic and polished the area to make it shine like the mark never even existed. I have to say this is the 3rd Time John has gone out of his way for my family and the only charge to me was a Thank You. I can honestly say that service like this is remarkable in today’s busy world. Amazing service! Dropped in on a Tuesday to make an appointment for windshield chip repair and a minor dent above the bumper. John, the manager said to bring the car in Thursday morning and he would take care of things! By noon that day i had the car back and everything was as good as new! Truely amazing!

I am beyond satisfied with the quality of service and customer service these group of people offer at this Kirmac location.
They did their best to rent a replacement car from Enterprise for me which matched the class of my own car which was a fun and pleasant experience. They also did their best to keep me in the loop of what was happening to the car and informed me about every step they were going to take.
Everyone from the manager to the front desk associates are friendly, helpful, professional, and patient when it comes to explaining whatever you need help with to understand.
Definitely recommend them to others based on my personal experience.

I don’t even know how to explain how great the staff here are. From the second I walked into the door to the day I picked up my car.both times. Everyone was super friendly, answered all my questions and kept me updated in the status of my car. I will never take my car anywhere else. The work that was done on my car was impeccable.

Got in an accident and opted to take my vehicle to Kirmac @ Westwood. Really great service - the staff called me every day since my vehicle arrived letting me know the status of the repairs. Knowledgeable and helpful with every question. I would certainly recommend Kirmac when you're in a situation where your vehicle needs repair.

We are very happy for their service. We brought our red van for repair. The front desk, staff, and John are very nice. We picked up our van, front desk welcome with a smile and no any further questions, she gave us our key back. Our van looks shinier thank even and they even vacuum the inside which is awesome. Great customer service. We definitely are satisfied with their service.

Took my Subaru in to get the sunroof fixed. Not only did they fixed the roof they also cleaned my car! Inside and out. AND they knocked off my check engine light.

That is just such a nice touch for someone who has a very busy work schedule. I don't need to think about cutting out time to do the cleaning.

Awesome people. I would highly recommend this place I brought my truck in there after my side window was smashed out by some vandals earlier that morning. On top of my window being smashed out I had a very bad flu. The people here were so friendly and understanding. They vacuumed the glass out of my truck, put plastic on my window within 1/2 an hour no questions asked and told me they would order me a window and call them when I felt better. I called the next day arranged to drop it off the next morning. When I picked my truck it had a new window was clean inside and out and was way less then I expected. I am very impressed with this business!
