Kirsten was great for my wife and I when we relocated to Kamloops. She was very accessible for time and accommodating to lots of questions while always providing honest feedback and very quick follow up. Kirsten worked tirelessly for us in the sale and purchase process. She was readily available for prospective tours and communicated with us frequently in the process. She is an experienced professional with a strong support team behind her. She offered advice at specific points in the process and steered us in the right direction when we started getting ahead of ourselves. After the purchase, she advocated for us to ensure that our new home was in top quality and in the state that we expected. Fine tuning occurred with little glitches left behind by the previous owners. She continues to advocate for us now that we have moved in and are making small discoveries that the previous owners have been pushed to rectify. I would recommend Kirsten as a real estate agent. She knows a lot of other agents in Kamloops and has not entered the profession on a whim, as many do. She'll work hard for you.

I first met Kirsten Mason in 2013 when I purchased a townhouse in Kamloops. She was great, she worked hard and earned every penny she received for her services. I started looking for a house on May 1st and was moved in on June 1st. She knows the market but more important, she listens, she heard me. Then in 2023 I put my home in her hands in January of 2023 and I received an offer at the end of March, moved into my new home end of April. Kirsten and her team were efficient, effective, intuitive and knowledgeable. If / when I move back to Kamloops I would definitely contact Kirsten for the purchase of a new home. Kirsten was involved with the sale of my home, and repeatedly treated me unprofessionally and disrespectfully. I had never met Kirsten and her first interaction with me was to tell me how to conduct myself despite not knowing anything about me. She is dismissive and condescending with her communication, and she unnecessarily complicated the sale of my home. She did not have the professional decency to respond to my message I sent directly to her, and I think a public warning is warranted. I would highly caution anyone considering working with Kirsten, as there are many much more professional and considerate realtors to work with in Kamloops.
