If you're Asian, don't come to this bike shop. I felt like the girl who helped me was being racist.

I came in looking for help with my bike, and waited 30 minutes to be greeted, and waited another 30 minutes to be helped, which is fine because all the employees were busy with other customers. After patiently waiting for about 1 hour, the girl who was serving me kept laughing at me, not sure why, but it made a me feel kind of uncomfortable. Also, she's left me 3 times to help other customers who came in after me. I was pretty upset about that because I waited a long time for my turn. In the end, she told me she couldn't find the part for my bike. What a complete waste of time.

I got help from another gentleman at the shop who helped me find the correct part right away!

Impressive shop, staff really knows their stuff. A bit pricey cause they seem to really stock the absolute best gear. Great place to come and dream about the ultimate bike equipment they have on display.

Bought my sweet little bike from them in 2020. Now that older and riding more, I've been having some issues with numb hands.
Finally got around to booking a bike fit. Got great service and attention. Swapped out the handle bars and stem, played around with seat height etc.
Went for a ride in the afternoon, zero pain and felt a lot more efficient and confident.
Support your local bike shop! Can't go wrong here.

First time visitor this this store as I had a cracked rim on my Surly Disc Trucker. I met with Josh and he found a suitable replacement Mavic rim for me and built up a new wheel. The employees here are helpful and the store is well stocked with components. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I went there and to be honest I was a little skeptical because of all the things they said needed to be fixed/replaced. But when I picked it up, I literally yelled out, " This looks like a brand new bike. " I couldn't wait to go for a ride. Thanks.

Had my first bike fit with Josh. After a few rides having myself adjust to the bike fit I have to say he did an outstanding job making sure that this was a personalized and informative experience. For the price-point of their fits and what you get from the experience I'd recommend kissing crows in a heartbeat for anyone looking to get a bike fit done.
