Needed help from Ihealth with a serious problem. Talked to the nurse 1st, then got a call back from the doctor. He sent me to life labs for testing. I phoned the nurse back to verify everything had been sent to lifelabs to authorize the testing after the doctor advised me to do so. She assured me that the requisition had been sent. Went to life labs feeling very ill, it was a struggle to get there and no requisition was there. Brutal that they play with people's health this way. If I could give a lower score I would.

Doctor was over three hours late, and then told me he didn't have the phone number to access womens health services. This doctor managed to make a really really hard thing infinitely harder. I could have gone to the hospital and gotten answers in a more timely fashion.
