Gets to end of job, gets payment early, doesn't pay the trades or staff and then effs off without finishing the work.
They haven't paid staff in months. If you look up Keith's name he's been doing this for years. He has I've 56 civil cases in the courts from stealing. Not including the liens and the stuff in supreme court. He then shuts down the company after he embezzling everything. Years ago they did all the pet smart contracts and didn't pay anyone and then didn't finish the job. Pet smart ended up paying the employees. Devon also has lots of assault charges and K files before the courts. The owner Keith is living in a 8 million dollar mansion while refusing to pay his staff who are struggling to eat. Payday comes and goes and they keep saying oh next week next week. Then they eventually can't pay and shut the company down and reopen under another name. Scum
