Had a good experience shopping here. Staff were friendly, informative, and helpful. It was easy to find somebody available to help me, there are lots of staff to help all the customers and not need to wait long.

This is the ultimate candy store for men, because every man knows that in the end.the man with the most tools. WINS!

I went in for a pair of work gloves (for a friend for Christmas). The older gentleman who helped me find the correct gloves was very kind and helpful. I went to the till to pay and the young girl was very rude. I understand that maybe she was having a bad day, however knowing customer service from my job she was very impolite and seemed like she wanted nothing to do with helping me. I even told her to have a great day at the end (after her being impolite) as if she was the customer and I was the worker. Very disappointed in the customer service from this young lady.

This place is a rip off. Their staff steel from you when you back is turned. I would recommend that you don't shop here. But if you do, You Have Been Worned.

Always had good dealings with KMS tools long before they had so many stores. This is my
local store these days and it’s always been dependable. I always check stock online so there’s no disappointment when I get there.

I went to the store to get 2 gold pens the price on this Pan said 14.99 and online said 17.99 I go in there they try to charge me 19.99 and not honor the price then the lady wouldn't even say sorry and made me go see the manager to make sure that I can get the price the price I will never be going back to this store that lady with green hair and blonde hair its shorter is a xxxx You should be treating your customers with respect saying sorry and being polite not directing you to the manager in 2 seconds later making you stand in line again to get your return and repay instead of fixing your mistake rate then and there. I'll be going o regional manager Also for everyone to know there is a law it is called called the scanning law of Canada if it is under $10 is marked wrong it is free if it is over $10 they have to take $10 off the original price that it was stickered at look it up

I went in looking for a small cheap tool set and I found one and is on at least decent quality.

Everything I need as a woodworking hobbyist and home handyman. Great service and representation by staff

Great service. Good deals. Offer student discounts and have good stock. And the employees are down to earth and will let you try certain items on or out.

Lots of selection. Regular sales. Does not have the cheap stuff like Home Depot, but nothing I've bought from here has broken on me unexpectedly.

Would give 5 stars, because the prices and selection is fantastic as well as friendly staff. However, the last 3 times I've shopped there, there was a loooong lineup all the way to the far wall. Only one cashier. Twice I put my stuff down and walked out because the line was barely moving. Saw a few people walk out instead of waiting.

Almost everything you need for construction and general trades needs. Not much for automotive but still has some of the basics in stock. They do have a ton of paint related merchandise, although almost nothing for residential paint. I chose 4 stars due to the prices have seemed to have increased to the point of not having the best price on supplies anymore. Still a all-in-one shop

Ok store. Sometimes difficult to get someone to assist and their knowledge of tools is also quite limited at times. Checkout is usually slow also. Today, I had 3 customers ahead of me and I’m certain it took at least 10 minutes before I got to the cashier.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Suggest paying more attention to inventory as it seems to be a hit then a miss when you come in and maybe some new products depending on the customers request.

Very helpful staff, well stocked store. I go here for all my tools if possible (working as an automotive tech)

My girlfriend went in looking for a milwaukee sawzall that was on for 200 she asked multiple associates for help each one sending her to ask someone else. One guy said he would help her after doing something then just walked past her, she finally got help afterwards, all someone had to do was tell her that it was beside the customer service desk that's it. I've been looking to outfit a framing company and I will for sure not be using this store to get any of the tools I need.

This store is "bad". Way too many awesome things that my wallet can't afford. With an excellent and incredibly helpful staff, you can't really go wrong with KMS Tools.
