Ordered drill got sent screwdriver, made to feel like it was my mistake, not impressed poor communication in English.

Kamloops is my local store, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Stock levels are well maintained and competitively priced. If an item is out of stock locally staff will happily order it from another branch. If I had a wish it would be for them to be able to supply euro style woodworking machines. My goto place when my dear wife is visiting the neighbouring Costco!

Used to shop here for years but the management team is becoming lazier and less professional by the day. I inquired about a certain tool and the lady "helping" me absolutely wreaked of marijuana, she was very unpleasant and rude. I felt the same attitude from other staff members I've dealt with recently. Talk to a manager and they don't want to take any accountability. Management here needs a stiff company review.

Not impressed at all! Sales on bigger tools. Example. 12$ for angle grinder backing pad at other stores.but kms $40 for the exact same one! I felt price gouged!

Had a issue with a recent purchase. Albert helped me out with warranty and got me back to work.

Great service by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They brought in a special piece of equipment for me. Great!

I reserved a sheet metal tool by phone. Provided my credit card information to hold the tool. Drove one and a half hours to pick up the tool and staff couldn't find it. No help offered by the staff. I went to the metalworking section to look for it myself and cannot believe what an absolute mess the department is in. No wonder they couldn't locate the tool. I left with no tool. Can buy on Amazon instead. KMS kamloops should be ashamed of the state of the store.

Very poor online experience, when you purchase something online to pick up in store it shouldn't take 3+ days to be able to pick it up, especially when they have it in stock

Very poor service for online ordering. They refused to honour their flyer deals and tried to convince us that we had to pay them more in order to actually receive the product we had already paid for. I would really not recommend supporting a business that is out to swindle money out of you!

I came in to get an oxygen tank filled. I'm new when it comes to welding and the gentlemen who helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and shared a lot of valuable tips with me. Good vibes and friendly staff all around:)
