Good deals when on sale. Easy to deal with. Good service. No high pressure sales.makes it easy to buy what you want or need.

I walked around for 5 minutes wondering the isles trying to find what I was looking for. Not once did the 5 people working there even acknowledge me. There was a group of 3 employees chatting, blocking an isle to the point I had to go around them. I will never go back here.

Huge selection of in stock tools and accessories, ordered parts for an older machine, great service

Ordered a pair of 18” locking vice grips and have asked on 3 different occasions where my order is. Each time they tell me they are on back order with no ETA yet these same vice grips have went on sale in their monthly flyer numerous times. They tell me that their marketing department isn’t in contact with their sales and thus why they put these on sale but cannot even get them. It’s been close to a year now and I’ll be getting my money back, I don’t recommend buying anything that isn’t in stock.

Loads of tools for hobbyist and pros alike. If you need it they probably have the tools. And remember, use your tools, don't be one!

I'm good to go back. Excellent pricing, and great staff. A bit of a glitch on a sale item, no problem, fixed me up right away. Enough selection to cover your needs, and you can actually find someone to ask questions!
