Knights Inn Kamloops

Not impressed, they offer tiny kitchen with a couple of pots but no dishes. Missing foot on fridge so it's wonky. The cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen. Sheets that don't even cover the whole side of mattress. And you can hear all the water noises in the building.

Nice hotel, close to shopping area. Room was clean, spacious and with a view over the valley. Nice breakfast included in the morning, also lactose free yoghurt for my wife.

How is this place still open and charging rates comparable to legitimate hotels? Rooms quite dated. Mattresses visibly sagging. Met by a wall of cigarette smoke in our ‘non smoking’ room. Unhelpful staff openly upset at being bothered to help us into a room. Good luck to you should you decide to stay at Knights Kamloops

Disgusting place to stay dirty bedding nasty smell dirty dishes if I could give it -10000000 stars I would! We will never be back there

I stayed there for 2 months. It was a typical room, not of a high quality. The fridge didn't work well. The hair dryer wasn't working, and it took 2 weeks for them to get a new one. I wasn't really satisfied with staff behavior tbh. If you need accommodation near TRU, it could be a good option, but there are better places for sure.

I was there the night before i started cancer treatment.
There was no heat. They wouldn't allow me to switch to a room with working heat, and yes.they had many rooms open.
The staff was incredibly rude. Yelled at me for reporting no heat and accused me of lying.
The room was dirty including a used bandaid in the bedding. I was grateful I brought my own pillows and blankets.

I was so cold I decided to sleep in my car at 5am. No offer to compensate in any way what so ever; no discount, anything.

They have the worst motel and staff I've ever encountered. I will sleep in my car before I ever stay there again.

This has been one of the worst hotels we could have possibly stayed at… advertised hotel online was nothing like it actually was… pictures do not do it justice at all… this hotel looks more like a crack shack than a hotel you want to spend a night at… staff is argumentative and unfriendly…
All in all horrible experience and I do not recommend you stay here at all!

Knights Inn Kamloops is well located to local superstores, restaurants, and the main street.
The included breakfast was ok, though the pancake machine was not working unfortunately.
Our room was spacious and comfortable for our needs. It was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. There was barely any noise compared to other motels I've visited.

Already knew when we drove up it was going to be iffy, the rest didn’t disappoint, the hallways smelled terrible, the room was worse, could see the mattress through the thinned out sheets, hair in the bathroom, pretty sure the raised red bump that appeared on my leg after sitting on the bed was the final straw. We turned and walked out. At least they didn’t hesitate to refund, guessing they have heard this before.

I would even rate this place a zero, Highly not recommended, was so tired from my long trip from 8 hours long drive, when we arrive i was hoping to have a good rest and get a good sleep, however, the linen smells like a body odor as in “under arm body odor “ you can tell that it hasnt been changed from the last people who used it.the sheet is crumpled, i told to the night clerk but the more i get mad coz she was insisting that it was the smell of the detergent.im just glad she moved us to another room as i insist and you can really tell the nice and bad (Smell) difference of their laundry detergent of this INN whatever they had been using, NEVER gonna come back into this place again.worst experience

Horrible, dirty rooms. Stains on bathroom walls. Air conditioner so loud it couldn't be kept on. Sliding door to balcony so full of gringe and dirt you could barely open it. And when you got it open, there was no screen. We asked for a credit or discount when we checked out but they would not even consider it. Hope they go under.

Based on the recent reviews, I was pretty nervous about staying here. The check-in process went pretty smooth, as it should. We checked out the room and found it was surprisingly clean. The bed sheets had a few hairs in them which was borderline concerning, but then again, a washing machine doesn't always get out every hair. The bathroom was clean, although could use the caulking redone on the shower/tub. The shower head and the water handle were both loose. Lots of free parking, and no difficult registration like other hotels. Overall I have to say I am impressed for a 2 star motel.

Called to book a room when I was an hour out of town. Front desk refused to take my credit card and assured me they would keep the room for me. I arrived 45 minutes later and she said she gave the room away.

Absolute dump! Stay away! We checked in today, went to the room. The stairs are outside which seems odd. Upon entering the hallway, we noticed that everything is off level and super wide which doesn't look of feel good at all. The paint is of very poor quality. The room doors all look rough with chunks and paint breoken/scratched off. The room itself is also in pretty rough shape. Paint torn off the wall everywhere. Dated furniture. The bed looks and feels about 15 years old! Flat and dropped in the center.
The whole property has the feel of potential homeless and drug users in the area. We did not feel comfortable even leaving our car outside. We immediately checked out without a refund. Not something I was even willing to fight about!
Bottom line. Stay away!

Room was dirty. As I’m sitting here on my third night there is still a bar of soap and bottle of shampoo in my shower from last occupants. Gross! I have 2 old friends from town visiting me and the front desk calls to say if they don’t leave I will be charged for them or kicked out. Said there was complaints but I would argue that. All in all. Won’t stay here again

Room was disgusting, patio door would not seal. Room was freezing cold and stank, found what I believe to be dried blood on the floor underneath the sink. Walked in, and turned right back around

It's OK for the money what would make it even better is soft beds they are hard as rock and we couldn't rest

Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke (or maybe vapes). Not really very secure hallways. Neighbourhood is a bit dodgy.

Nothing like on pictures. Dirty, sticky, stinky place. Pillows were so small, like they are hosting kindergarten kids. Furniture sticky and disgusting. This was our 1st and last visit. Never again.

Overall fine.access to rooms from parking not great, can only access breakfast room from walking outside.location is very central.

This is a two-star hotel, so you have know that going in. The hallways to the rooms are somewhat dilapidated, but the room itself was clean, with a new carpet and everything necessary for our stay. The view was perhaps part of all, so be sure to ask for a second floor room with odd number so you are facing out over the river.

Clean rooms. If you stay in a daily basis, you can get a little breakfast for free with coffee, bread, cereal and yogurt. The staff is kind and willing to help.

Came into town airline lost my bags. Then when my bags arrived the front desk people refused to accept them for me as per their job. Very rude people will never stay again and wouldn't let anyone else stay as well thank you Knights Inn for make a crapy situation worst
