An experienced contractor guy suggested Knights Insulation when we did our garage renovation 2 years ago. We had such a positive experience with them, so decided to have them back for attic insulation this time. Just like before we were very happy with the crew. Thanks very much Fernando, Carlos, & Keenan for your hard work. You guys were very efficient, keeping the worksite very clean, being patient with my questions & answered with clear explanations. Thanks Anny also for coordinating this project. Everything went very smoothly!

They were very friendly. I work from home and thought it would be a bit of a bother, but I literally didn't hear them and I swear it looked cleaner where they had worked than before they had started. It was a few months ago, and we noticed our house was warmer immediately, and now that the weather has gotten warmer, we have noticed an even bigger difference with the extra insulation keeping our home cool. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

We recently had an energy assessment done and recommendations for heat pump installation and insulation which both qualify for rebates. The heat pump was installed a couple of weeks ago and since that time the lower levels of the house have been cooler but the upstairs was still quite warm.

Knights is an excellent company to deal with and offers competitive pricing. It is a family run business and they treat their customers with a high level of respect and do an excellent job. We had insulation put in our attic and Bradley and Fernando did excellent work, were friendly to deal with and made sure we were happy with the work performed before they left. The noise level when they blew in the insulation was not as loud as we anticipated based on our neighbors recent attic insulation project performed by a competitive insulation company which was very loud. They even did a great job cleaning up before they departed. We were also very happy with Nathan who visited us in the beginning to provide the estimate and with Anny who helped coordinate everything from the estimator visit, work visit and invoicing. Everyone at Knights was awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend Knights for any insulation work you may require. Keep up the great service Knights! We will definitely use you for our other insulation requirements in the future.

I only have good things to say about Knights Insulation. I had two of the nicest people complete the insulation on the inside and outside of my house! They were professional, clean and now my house is insulated! I would highly recommend their services.

We just had Knights Insulation come and install new insulation in our attic, above our garage and inside our garage walls. Bradley, Stuart and Steve were professional and incredibly hard working. They got the job done efficiently and answered all my questions along the way. You can tell they take pride in the work they do and it shows in the end result. I called a few different places to get quotes to insulate our attic. Anny & Dell were super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Dell came out and gave us a quote. It was a few months later before we were ready, but they were just as prompt with their response and still honored their original quote without question. The installers were Steve, Jeremy and Bradley and they were just awesome. From their polite explanations as to what they were doing, to their COVID protocols and protection of my protection to their final clean up. They were in and out and you would have never known they were here except for the fact that my attic is now beautifully & neatly insulated. Anny was sure to send my receipt in a "rebate friendly" form which made it very easy for me to apply for (and receive) my Fortis rebate. Their communication and process from beginning to end was seamless and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

The job was nicely done. Many thanks to the front line lady, the one who did our estimate and also Bradley and Steve who came to do the work for us. Something happened and we had to replace our soffit several days before our scheduled date. They work out a best solution for us to have everything going smooth. Really appreciate it.

My dealings with everyone at Knights were excellent, from Annie and the others in the office to the estimator, Nathan, and the installers, Bradley and Steven. They came when and did what they said they would, answered all my questions, including follow up, and brought to my attention any issues they thought I should be aware of. And the fact that work by them qualifies for an additional government rebate right now is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Thanks to the technicians' great job. The insulation in my 40-year-old house was installed quickly and effectively. They even did some extra job without asking for more payment. We had our insulation upgrade done in September and wanted to wait for some colder weather to evaluate how the added insulation affected the comfort in the home. In a word - excellent! The team from Knights were excellent from the initial visit for a quote, scheduling the work (Covid & all), the professional workmanship and especially Annie's help in getting our rebate application done easily (rebate received). Without hesitation, we recommend Knights for your insulation project.

I didn't end up working with these folks but they have an excellent reputation AND I was so satisfied with how professional they were. They gave us some estimates over the phone and it was very fair. Since their schedule was jam packed with ended up partially doing the project ourselves and partially working with another contractor but honestly wish we had worked with them. They are excellent.

I had a referral from a friend of mine and I called the office and told them that I would like to get someone to come over and give me an estimate. The owner came to give me a quote. The price was reasonable and it provided for a rebate as well. Danny and Marcus came today and they were very professional, (masks on due to Covid), courteous, and polite. They were extremely efficient and did the upgrade to R50 within 2 hours. They had plastic runners from the doorstep up to the second floor and they made sure they cleaned the area before they left. These guys were great! Annie and Del really followed thorough on a great quote and worked hard fitting our job in early in their very busy October. Jeremy and Dannys were on the job promptly to blow in cellulose to sound insulate between main floor and basement ceiling and some walls. Thier work was efficent, cleanup was done nicely, we would definitely recommend Knight's for anyone's insulation needs!

Jeremy did the insulation professionally. It was quick and clean. The insulation did help with sound proof a little bit, but not a whole lot.

Bradley and Marcus did a fantastic, professional job. They were very polite, efficient and cleaned very well afterwards, which I appreciate with a 1 year old running around. Fair pricing too. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Just had Knights Insulation address dampness in our roof space by adding vents and clearing out soffits. They arrived and finished on time and was courteous throughout while the job was being performed. Thanks to Del, Jeremy and Julian for doing a quality job.

Brad and Steve brought up the insulation in our attic from R10 to R50, and they were both outstanding from start to finish! They were courteous and professional. I think they both deserve a raise!:).
