I have been going to Lakhwinder at Komal beauty salon for over 20 years and really like her services. She is really good at what she does and even my daughter now go to her. Thank you for such good service and keep it up.

I loved this salon. Especially thankful to Arsh who has put great efforts to make my hair smooth and shiny. She is very hard working and also the whole staff was helpful. Thanks again everybody. I am loving my hairs more than before. 100% recommended for hair treatments.

I got a balayage highlights done here and I must say the entire staff was so kind and respectful. The salon was beautifully designed/decorated and was also very clean. The ladies who did my hair were so kind and patient throughout the entire 5+ hour process. Overall I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Komal beauty salon and can’t wait to go back!

Got appointment at 3: 30 pm for mehndi waited for half hour and paid $65 for simple design. Seems like the mehndi girl had no experience.

Amazing experience! My eyebrows are always done perfectly and my haircuts are always the way I like them. They always ask if everything is okay in the middle of appointments to insure you get the beat experience. 10/10 recommend

I did Facial this noon and it was really amazing and it was done by Virpal sidhu. She is really nice and all staff is nice.

I used to come to Komal for laser hair removal, and thought to try out their facial when my regular facial place was closed. It was the worst experiences of facials I've had. The girl insisted that I get the $75 package which includes a full upper body massage even when I said I just wanted the basic package. I would have been okay if the service met the price but this was not the case. The lady did the facial and put the products with her bare hands which is not hygienic. The massage was essentially just slowly touching parts of my hands, and then she asked me to sit up while I had a mud mask on (which she used her finger to put on my face). She then appeared to touch one side of my back for a moment and asked me to lie down again. She then left the room and all I could feel was products in my eyes from the movement. No tissue was provided and she never checked on me. After about 5 minutes, another lady came, barely wiped my face and put a toner on. That was it. No moisturizer, no serum, and no proper wiping - I left with streaks of mud mask on my face. I was so upset that I could barely say a word. My face was so dry that I had to use my hand lotion on my face for the car ride home. Will never return.

I would never ever recommend this cheap service to anyone specially for hair treatment. Very worst experience with this parlour. Staff is inappropriate and non welcoming. Do not recommend at all.

I would not even give this salon one star but I had to in order to post a review. I got my ear pierced from them very unprofessional no gloves nothing. The lady who was piercing my ear pierced it in my vein. Now my ear is ruined for my whole life with keloids. I’ve done many surgeries but apparently these keloids are not able to go away they are a life time thing. If you wanna stay safe I recommend you guys please do not go to this salon or get your ears pierced. Thank you

Totally unwelcoming behavior towards their customers. No hello No greeting No smile. The both ladies showed attitude everytime i went there. It makes customer feel like they don't like helping customers. So, if they want to succeed, they need to learn how to treat customers nicely.

Very bad service went there for nose percing and they did it.came out second day, went back they tried to push it in very pain full my noise was very red and Spain full get in the car came out again by then they were closed, I went there next day for a redone they said they dont have the earings they are out and would not do refund. Had to go somewhere else and get it done. No refund or credit, will never go there again.

Very very bad service. Two days ago I went in this salon for eyebrow threading and there was a new lady “nirmal”, she did my threading and cut my eyebrows and upper lips area and. She did three cuts on my face and it was very very painful with bleeding. I think they need professional workers. Thanks

Great customer service and very clean and organized salon. Never have I had such a lovely experience, the place inside is so relaxing and really set the mood. Wasn't rushed and felt really worth it. I definetly will be coming here from now on 10/10!

THIS salon doesn’t deserve one Star even, Extremely unprofessional, rude, & show a lot of attitude, Arrogant (especially the OWNER, seems like she has feeling like Her salon is the only one in Payal business centre) Half the ladies working there seem to have no experience, & should not even be allowed to work at a salon since the quality is NOTHING even though I clearly pointed out her mistakes. Will never be going back again.
Ridiculous OWNER!

Had a horrible experience getting my eyebrows threaded. The lady’s inside were looking at me as if I did something wrong.then the lady who did the threading didn’t do a good job at all she left one side undone and everything was uneven. I had to go back in and ask her to fix it and then come home and fix the rest myself.never going back again. It seemed like as if they didn’t want me in there maybe because im a (male? !? !?) I don’t know what the hell was going on. It felt like they took every measure to make sure I don’t come back again and it worked because I’m not. SMH.

Very bad i told the girl name hort gort on the bort to just give me a trim and dont touch my beard i want it to touch the floor then she said ok the second she started cutting my hair i closed my eyes and then opened and my beard was gone and my hair and my eyebrows then i start doing the cry alll year the hort gort on the bort started doing take the L: (
