Nothing wrong with the store service, BUT Koodo was a big mistake. No phone service in the Shuswap, when two other providers had no problems. Erroneous texts from Koodo telling you that they are going to charge you. A layered slow and annoying customer service system.

Contact renewal today, super long line and wait at the Telus store. So grate to be able to renew Telus at Koodo, with out the long wait! Ask forTyler, best service ever!

My husband and myself received excellent customer service from Rafid today & yesterday. Rafid was very helpful setting up my husband’s new phone. His instructions were very clear and everything went smoothly.

The online Koodo assist bot didn’t help much. Went into the store to actually talk to a human, greeted by Rafid, friendly, professional, was able to help me out with all my questions and point me in the right direction to get things sorted.
