Despite Black Friday overwhelmed systems, Jordan persevered for hours to help me get my new phone, port my number, and get my account set up. The staff is excellent and helpful. Their professional behavior and kind attitude has me coming back. Even when I had a rare case with my phone, they were patient and helpful to give me direction on how to solve it. Well done and keep up the good work!

Piss poor service tell me to call there customer service, so i do and it loops to multiple robots and cant get a hold of a representative, try calling the mall back, now for the 6th time and no one will answer for help.

Got too expensive for what we had so we switched over to Freedom mobile for half the cost and a better plan

Greeted when I walked in and asked for help. At first I didn't want any. Bit after awhile I asked questions and before you know I got myself a new phone! Both staff working were great and personalble. Didn't just talk shop. Local discussion and interests. My kind of place.no pressure and everything was explained!

If I could give Koodo and PC mobile who are now in the same bed together no stars I would, I have been trying to get them to close my account (I have not been with them for over 7 months) been trying for months, but no one will do it, have no idea why. I call Koodo they say nope it is PC Mobile now PC Mobile says they can't do anything either. Then they ask me for an account number lol like I kept it. I feel sorry for anyone who leaves them because you are stuck with them forever. They admit the account is closed on their end but refuse to let Equifax know it is closed. I simply don't get it.

This company is not worth the effort terrible service incompetent people who cant do a simple job of porting your number to their service. Waste of time which i will never get back their incompetence has cost me dearly and now i have no phone or provider. NEVER USE KOODO! They arent even worth one star

Very poor customer service. They think calling a customer liers is a good idea? The sign I was commenting on was less than 100 feet away. But I made it all up, really?

Went in to change from Rogers to Koodo. Taesan and Emily were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They worked great as a team in getting our phones changed over and it didn’t take them long. Excellent friendly service. Thank you guys.

Always purchased our phones from the local Koodo shop. This time the expensive glass screen protector was applied improperly by the agent. Not willing to rectify issue. Very poor customer service. Will take business to another Koodo outlet

We were served by a trainee called Jessica and she was very knowledgeable and got my cell transferred quickly. Great price, great service! Highly recommend.
