Would give this company zero stars if possible. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Atrocious accounting practices that cannot keep track of accounts and thus create erroneous outstanding balances. Incorrectly advised my bank that my account was in arrears, when the actual charge was current. Received email acknowledging error with no apology. Property manager, Mike Avalvi, does not understand residential tenancy law despite being a residential property manager. Incredibly hard to get a hold of, does not answer phone or email messages and gets mad when frustrated owners express dissatisfaction with his actions. 1/10 would not recommend.

They do not respond or help with real property issues, including a ceiling leak that has been present for over 2 weeks and is destroying our ceiling. I’m surprised they have any good reviews

I wish Google has zero star to rate this company's customer service. This review for company owner/CEO's direct attention. Your property manager at Social at Verve building is so disrespecting people's time and so rude for not answering 100s of phone calls and continuous emails. Your receptionists and customer service manager know about me and this case because I called your office at least once a week since last May. Then people work there make sure that particular property manager in the office and transfer my/our calls but he never answered or call back. I can not believe someone who serves customers behave like this. I am trying to find a solution for a property damage caused by a vehicle. This property manager supposed to claim the property damage from ICBC which happened almost two years ago. What he did was, he added the damage Bill to the owner's account and wiped his hands. That's easy. When I checked with ICBC, they said they are not paying any claims after two yrs. So I tried my best to escalate the claim because two yr cut off reaching out soon. But your company has still failed to claim it from ICBC. Instead of claiming it from ICBC, your company dumped the charges to our account very very unreasonably. It's more than $3000. We are struggling to pay the mortgage and bills as most of the people nowadays. On top of that, this company dumped charges to the owner's account even though the responsible vehicle did not belong to the owner of the unit. After series of emails, this property manager sent an email to ICBC using a closed case reference number which is used to claim the vehicle damage not the property damage. Since that case is closed after paying the vehicle damage, ICBC did not respond to the claim. Making a claim with ICBC takes 5-10 minutes. BUT this manager/company failed to do that and they charge the building damage from people who are not involved for this at all.
Please revisit your practice and ask your managers to respect people's time and take the responsibilities of their jobs. Your manager failed to do a proper claim with ICBC and we are waiting to get a solution for almost two years now. This is the worst customer experience/service I had in my entire life.
Please don't comment saying talk to your office or customer service manager, because they know very well about this case and no one helped me so far except transferring my call here and there for me to fill their message boxes. I am looking forward to get a fast solution for this TIME SENSITIVE case. Thanks!

Neighbor had a plumbing issue that ended up in a leak, damaging my unit’s drywall. Korecki said someone would be showing up to make repairs. But no one came. Since a month ago, Korecki refused to follow up or answer any and all calls and emails. I’ve even tried to reach them via LinkedIn. It’s as if nobody works there. I can understand if there are delays but at least answer pick up the phone or reply to your emails.

Called the office to ask some information about real estate several times. Luckily, Harsh Sotra, was very knowledgeable and clarified all my concerns. I'm glad for such interaction and enjoyed the experience so far.

Unbelievable to read these reviews.based on the service our strata gets from this company, these are either fake reviews or we somehow got the worst property manager the company has on the payroll.

The property manager continues to pawn his own work off on strata council members. There is no sense of accountability. Furthermore, when the company is informed of their poor service, the upper management will continue to support their employee despite him/her being wrong.

These issues have been brought to the attention of the CEO already so responding to this review to make it look like you are doing something is in true character.

Harsh helped me with my accounting concerns. He is amazing and professional and he knows how to solve all the tasks.

Moving from a property management company that was absolutely horrific to Korecki has been a joy and so thankful that I've been able to work with individuals at korecki that have been very helpful specifically Carol Pedlar who was instrumental in advising on some specific information that was helpful in making the most informed choice. Carol is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertize, being property management. She is articulate and swift to rise to action in her effort to represent stratas in need. Carol is easy to speak with and highly respected by our strata. Personally as a council member I have been impressed at every turn collaborating with Carol. You will not find a better person to work with in the mutual care of your property.

We have lived in condos ever since we came to Vancouver thirty years ago. We also invested the money we saved in condos. That is not as easy as it sounds because those investment condos have to be properly administered, which takes time and judgement. Experience soon taught us that, to be successful, one has to rely on a stable and well-reputed management firm and, even more so, on a specific condo manager, selected by that firm, who is ready to go the extra mile for an owner who himself for health or professional reasons is not able to carefully choose tenants and to look after the necessary maintenance of a modern condo, suitable for a respectful tenant relationship. After a number of unsatisfactory experiences, especially with large firms, we have found ‘our man’ in Chris M.at the Korecki Real Estate Services. Chris is a trustworthy and knowledgeable property manager, exact in detail and proactive in discharging his work.

To put this simply, I will avoid Korecki’s services at any cost to myself in the future. I am currently trying to leave the building I am in now that is managed by Korecki.

I was our strata council president when we were choosing a new strata management company. I chose 5 strata management companies to move on with one of them.we (council members) had meeting with all of the strata management companies in our short list. At that point I found Korecki available to discuss, reliable and open to help.the owner (Alex) had several meeting with us and addressed all of our concerns.at the end we decided to move on with Korecki.the strata manager is very responsive and helpful as well. Korecki made everything easy for us. The strata manager, Marianna, is always available and helps to solve the issues. We had some issues in weekend that need urgent help.she helps us in all of them regardless if it is holiday or weekend.she provides extra quotes whenever we need to fix an issue in our strata.it helps us to save money.she knows roles and instructions that is a plus point.

To make a long story short, I recommend Korecki Real State Services to strata councils to try.looking at a long term relationship, the Korecki is very reliable and helpful.the last but not the least, you can trust them as a team that handle your money and your building.

We had many different property managers in the past but Carmela Escanan is a dedicated person who is very responsible and taking care of everything very efficiently. She is on top of our complex requirement with quick action and she is very fast when there is any emergency cases.

Have been working with Mike and Korecki for about a year and a half as they are the management company of the condo we bought. Mike has been a great source of information and guidance as a new homeowner, and as I am now on the Strata council, he is easy to connect with and quick to get things done. We had a tough 2022 in the building and Mike kept everything on course and on time. We are lucky to have him and Korecki.

Like others who have left negative reviews, I'm sure most of the positive ones are fake - or perhaps we just have the bottom of the heap property manager assigned to us. The condo building I bought in property manager Carol is generally unhelpful, rude and aggressive, to the point where I actively avoid communicating with her. She's either overworked or lazy - simple requests aren't fulfilled and our building has been without heat the entire winter so far (currently colder in our hallway than it is outside), with no immediate fix in sight.

My experience has been the worst I've ever had with a property manager, previous buildings I've lived in I've had a good relationship with the property managers and have tended to help each other out. This one seems determined to aggravate.

Avoid Korecki and take your business to a property manager that actually manages properties and actually provides a good customer service.

Absolutely terrible company! If i could give them -10 stars, I would. I'm not sure where are all these 5 star reviews are coming from, probably fake. We are honestly quite disgusted with this company, we are shocked that they just get away with all this. They are the management company for our condo building.

To make a long story short, when we bought the condo 6 years ago, the developer assigned us a wrong parking spot. I did not find out until recently because I got a note of my vehicle saying I am parking in somebody else's spot. We checked our purchase agreement and the assigned to me parking spot was not correct.

I contacted Korecki to resolve this issue. I called, left multiple messages, multiple emails and nothing. Once i said that I was going to go to their office and talk to him directly, I got an email within half an hour, funny how that works. It took me about a week just to get a reply from Mike Alavi. He emailed me saying he will sort it out and will get back to me. He assigned me a temporary spot which is the smallest out of the whole parkade and my vehicles barely fit and they stick out. My wife cannot even open her door, she needs to get out before i park. I mentioned that multiple times in my vehicles and nobody cares.

It has been over 2 (!) months since his last reply. I emailed Mike Alavi multiple times, called and still nothing. I even email Alex Korecki who is the manager and still nothing. I even emailed the owner of Korecki, Vesna Korecki and even she did not reply to me. Just terrible customer service.

Basically its been about 3 months since I got the first email from Mike Alavi, he just does not care. Actually nobody cares from Korecki. I was very clear in my email that we are trying to sell our place and we cant, due to this parking situation. I wish I had time to go to that office and talk to them directly, unfortunately I haven't had time yet, they close at 4 PM.

I am going to email my strata president and tell him the whole story and Im sure he will sort things out with Korecki because this is completely unacceptable. Few of our neighbors actually had similar horror stories about Korecki, especially about Mike Alavi, and i am not surprised at all. I cant believe they can just get away with this. Absolutely terrible customer service, they take forever to reply, never ever answer my phone calls, and no help whatsoever, just terrible. BE AWARE PEOPLE!

I had a very hard time getting a hold of our strata property manager. For questions and issues I would send emails and phone but would rarely hear back and when I did my questions were not answered. Our property manager lack of communication and responsiveness is very unprofessional. At one point I was owed money and did not recieve my paymeny for 3 months and there was little communication from the property manager despite my effort to reach them. The issue of responsiveness was noted by others on my building and it didn't seem to matter if we were trying to communicate by email or phone. I would not recommend hiring this company.

Chris has been very helpful all through our stay in the property. Any issue, he immediately replies and keeps updated.

I have had a really hard time getting ahold of anyone from the organization. I called the corporate number, and the receptionist said she would have the appropriate account manager call me back. I never got a call back, but an email. The response has been very slow, if any. I will say the meeting was pleasant in-person; however, communication in-between meetings is less than great - and that was, if, I got a call back.
