The classiest shop you will ever see, fantastic workmanship and great customer service! This place is as classy as it gets. Service is something missing in many other places of business today. Korva has genuine great employees both in their office as well as the shop & they gave fantastic service, the European way. I felt well taken care of at Korva. They took good care of my beloved car.

Big thank you to Vic for taking my job which was more of a logistical nightmare than an easy profit job. Thanks to Connie for the super friendly and professional care also. Also my piazano whose name slips my mind. Keep up the great work.

Someone scratched my BMW and I took it to Korva. The staff was very kind and helpful. The painter told me there were some minor scratches on the same part that he was going to take care of. They arranged the rental car as well. Someone called me and offered me to replace a small plastic part for a small additional charge to make that part look new. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they also cleaned the wheels, vacuumed the car and detailed the car. I was very happy with the result

Lengthy wait to get your car in but worth it. Service is straight forward and professional. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. The body work was well done and at crazy speed. Hopefully I won't have a reason to come here again in the near future, but would not hesitate to give them a call for future work.

Brought my Tesla Model 3 here for repairs and came back out looking as new again. Repairs were made within a reasonable amount of time. Downside is the wait time from making the initial estimate to having the actual appointment. Not the body shops fault but more so from Tesla.

Boris, Vic and the crew at Korva are second to none. Any paint or body incidents involving exotic and classic cars this is the only place in the lower mainland to go.

Best shop in town for European car body repairs. Can match orange peel, colours, classic car work, etc. Very knowledgeable owners and top class work.

Korva did great work on my Tesla Model S. They delivered the vehicle on time and worked directly with Tesla Service on my behalf to ensure the vehicle was returned to its' original condition and parts were ordered on time and budget (was not an insurance claim). Highly recommend their expertise and attention to detail.

Boris and his team did an amazing job with my front bumper damage on my Model 3. Every team member I interacted with was extremely friendly and polite. They had no problem offering shuttle service after dropping off my car, and a taxi voucher to the shop when the car was ready. The turnaround for the car was just a day. I would definitely go back to them for any future autobody work.

I had an ICBC claim for a minor damage that was done to my front bumper while parked and Vic pointed out some major damage on my rear quarter panel that I did myself that he recommend we fix if I just submit another claim. I had modifications to my front bumper on my 2013 F30 335i alpine white, M sport lip and such. I wanted to relocate my license plate (fill the drill holes that dealserships put for license plates) as I didnt want drill holes on a brand new painted bumper. Vic and Boris did exceptional work, both in suggesting what I could and couldnt do. They blacked out (whited out) my front yellow reflectors to paint match the newly painted bumper. I gave them an M performance front lip and rear diffuser, and man did they do a great job! They did a slight paint mod on the back rear reflector even though Boris said keep it, it looked even better than I expected. Shout out to filipino mechanic / body repairman (Arjey?) who helped get this all done! I know he went above and beyond on this one and he is a BMW owner too! They didnt just let my car out the shop with a painted bumper, they made sure everything from dings to chips were done so that the car looked and felt complete! 10 out of 10! On a white car too! Car came fully detailed!

I took my BMW 335 M Performance Package to this shop and I chose it by judging the reviews that I read here. Not sure if the reviews are authentic or left by multiple accounts, created by the business owners. My car was in a major accident and when got it back, it had numerous problems that were left unfixed. When I asked them about those problems, I was told that they could not relate those problems to accident (There was zero problems with my car before the accident, it was serviced under BMW's warranty and was not leased, so I took a good care of it). I believe ICBC did not allow them to spend more time and money on repairing my car. I had to trade in the car a week after I got, 12k was a net loss that I endured because of their poor service. Find a repair shop that is not accredited by ICBC, if you car is supposed to be written off, it wont happened at these so called accredited shops.
If you see a response to this comment by the owner, I can guarantee that he is going to justify his poor services in a very smart way. I hope you guys don't experience what I did with Korva.

This place is awesome. Vic was really nice and friendly. I took my car in on Tuesday morning for paint and it was ready for pickup the next day! They did an awesome job on the paint and I was really impressed with their service. Highly recommended!

Korva was recommended to me by a friend, but I was left very disappointed by the work they performed. I had my car in to repair a broken driver side window. They had to repaint the door, replace part of the inside panel and install a new window. The people working there are very nice, Boris and Vic, but the work was low quality. When I picked up the car I found that they did not paint the scratched door handle, the inside panel was not mounted properly, big gap between the door frame and the panel, marks on the B-Pillar cover and scratches on the hood, which I assume came because somebody placed tools or something on top of it, marks on the windshield. This was very disappointing after the endorsement of a friend of mine, who tends to be very picky. They did somewhat rectify most issues. Given my experience, I don't think I can recommend this shop.

NOT Good, brought the car back 4 times, delivered with no radiator fluid. STILL notDONE.far from the factory original Boris was very helpful.

I would give them 5 Start feedback for their service and their fantastic employees. They've repaired my Tesla M3 and it's like a new car now. They know what they do, and I believe they are a master in this business. I highly recommend this place as they are certified Tesla body shop in Vancouver.

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!

Imagine; Xmas Eve, your car is robbed and window smashed and of course, every shop is closed!

Called into Korva at 7AM and (surprisingly) someone picked up the phone! The manager, Vic, happened to be doing some paperwork before closing for the holidays. He told me that the shop was not open for work for Christmas but after explaining my situation, he offered to clean up the shattered glass and seal up the hole so I could at least drive around.

WOW! So Korva wasn't even open and I still got to go in, have my car cleaned up and sealed, ON CHRISTMAS EVE AT 7AM.

Next week, when they were open, Vic helped me through my ICBC paperwork and got my car in and out within a reasonable time. They were super prompt when I asked for copies of all my paperwork, since I get my deductible back. The repairs themselves were perfect.

Probably some of the best service I have ever received from any kind of industry!

Very attentive. They (owner?) got to my car right away to take photos for the estimate. None of the other 2 shops that I visited that day did this and they just gave me random estimates. Based on that I booked with Korva to have my Tesla repaired

Korva is an ICBC-accredited c.a. R.shop, which aggressively takes care of ICBC's interest rather than its customer, logically it makes sense to keep ICBC happy since it is good for their business, I mean making clients happy who were sent by ICBC may ruin the opportunity of having business with ICBC in future.
Let me share my experience and then you decide what to do: I had a very bad accident with my BMW F30, by reading the user reviews I decided to take it to Korva. That car normally was supposed to be written off since the damage was much more than 50% of the value of the car. Long story short, Korva fixed that for less than 50% of the value of the car that ICBC would not have to pay me the value of the car. Of course the car came out with too many unfixed problems and my complaints were responded by saying "We can not relate those problems to the accident". Of course they were related to the accident since there wasn't any of those before the accident. I had to trade in my car only 1 week after I got it. This is a general thing that I didnt know, if you take your car to any of ICBC-accredited c.a. R.shops, you should expect that those shops wont make you happy and ICBC unhappy.
