Koshari Zoooba

Best Egyptian restaurant in town. Koshari taste even better than in Egypt. My favourite dishes Koshari, lentil Soup, Shawarma beef and Ofcourse their breakfast trail with beans and falafel. Very friendly service. Love the food and the service:)

The most lovely food and the most lovely people! Every dish was so on point, delicious and authentic, everything better than the last. It’s way too good a deal, too - homemade food, with dessert and pop, leftovers, for basically the price of fast food. Go here instead! Not to mention the couple who owns the business going out of their way to be so kind. My family went twice this week! I have always loved Bechamel pasta and theirs is one of the best i’ve tried, so creamy and cheesy. I recommend going in person, their food is so fresh it’s worth going out of your way. Overall a fantastic experience, I love Egyptian food and theirs is absolutely perfect, please give these kind people the love they deserve.

Tried the Koshari and it's proper authentic, really delicious. Can't wait to try the other things on the menu:)

Wonderful Egyptian food that tastes like home.
We tried almost everything, Koshari was amazing the sauce was perfect like the ones you have in an authentic Koshari place in Egypt, The liver sandwich was wonderful and the spices were perfectly right, the flafel aka tameia needs to be more crispy but the taste was good.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and they will do everything to make you feel welcomed.

Tried two sandwiches this weekend and OMG they were delicious! The meat and liver sandwiches took me right back to Egypt. I highly recommend this wonderful truck.

Finally! Egyptian food in Vancouver. And it's delicious! I'm working my way through the menu, but the kooshari was just as good as (if not better) than my aunt's (please don't tell her:)! It's delicious and freshly made. The baklawa is made with hazelnuts and is delightful (maybe slightly more syrup than I'm used to, but really yummy). The owner is lovely to chat with and will walk you through items that might be unfamiliar. I'm looking forward to trying more things and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a storefront location in the future:)

What a fantastic surprise this food truck was! I noticed it when coming off the Commercial-Broadway Station and decided to give it a try based on the great reviews. I ordered the chicken platter and the beef platter and they were both AMAZING. Fantastic flavours, the food was so fresh and tasty! The side salads were not an afterthought; they were so good, with very balanced dressings - by far the best tabbouleh I've ever had! Big portions as well! We're definitely going to be coming back for more!

One of the best dishes I've ever eaten, Zoooba kosheri is not just a food truck, it's an awesome idea for brilliant food, the kosheri is so amazing and delicious, and the Falafel oh god extremely tasty, Highly recommend it.

Genuine and superb! We need more branches all over BC! The liver sandwich and koshari plate were above tasty. Although I don't live close by, but I definately will come again and again.

The middle Eastern dish called koshari gets served on a brown paper bowl. The smell of the hot tomato sauce dripping down to the bottom of the plate. The taste of the crunchy fried onions fills my mouth with crunch. The pasta and rice gives it a smooth feeling to my tongue I can taste the mildly spicy red hot sauce fells like a volcano erupting in my mouth

We have had Koshari twice now - and we love it! I have never had Egyptian food but the spices and the intriguing combinations of lentils, chickpeas, rice and pasta are wonderful! My daughter loves the crispy fried onions but I love the tang of the sauces. My husband is not a vegetarian and he found this dish delicious and very filling! Thank you Koshari Zoooba - we will be back to try some of your other menu items soon?
