Very small portion. Still hungry after finishing. Quite a bit of beef but minimal veggies.

They sometimes have promotions with cheaper drinks with the meal. The staff is very friendly and polite.

I ordered the chicken udon and it was good, nothing too special. The vegetables were mostly cabbage and the chicken was teriyaki style. The broth was a bit too salty and lacking depth.
The customer service on the other hand was amazing and nice, and the pricing is reasonable for the udons

Service was excellent and the food was great! However, the atmosphere of the mall is a bit overwhelming for me. But I'm certain if it was not in the Food Court and in its own restaurant, the atmosphere would be splendid.

Their food is amazing!
The veggie yakisoba is one of the best yakisobas my wife and I have tried. And we tried many around metro van but always come back to Koya as our favorite.
Their staff is awesome and super friendly!
No matter how busy they get, your meal will always be done with attention and be well served.

I got beef teriyaki from them and it was really delicious but for $16 I think it wasn’t enough. The quality is good but you won’t be full with a single meal.

Very good eatery within metropolis. The counter lady also clarified alot of our questions on the ingredients (due to dietary restrictions). Bento box was very good and filing as was chicken Ramen and reasonably priced.
Will definitely be on my list the next time I head to the food court at Metropolis.

Not very good. Got the tofu teriyaki. Very tasteless. Portion is okay for price $10-$15 (mostly rice) but not worth overall cost due to complete lack of overall flavour and ingredients. Will not be back unfortunately.

We enjoy going to Koya, always cooking in front of you, fresh food which you chose the different combos! Very polite staff!

This has become my favourite place to grab lunch to go at Metropolis. The quality is about as good as fast food gets and it's always served to you piping hot off the grill. Big servings, consistent quality, great staff.

Love going here with my friends and family, the customer service is very friendly and food tastes great.
