Stan Wong at KRG Insurance is an amazing person to work with. I’ve visited them today to get insurances renewed on my vehicles and Stan has provided excellent service.

Ask for Stan when you visit this place. A+

Horrible service. The female manager clearly wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and it shows via conversations. Unprofessional, ignorant, and borderline racist. I was a customer and I am a real person, but I expect the owner response to be filled with denial and lies like the others review responses. A rating of 3.7 says it all. For those of you who don't know, you can renew your insurance online now, no need for the middle man.

Don’t go here, don’t waste your time. Very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t know what they are doing.

Amazing insurance brokers. I've been with them for YEARS and they always provide incredible service. I have my HOME insurance, Car insurance and LIFE insurance through them. I missed the door and went to KRG instead of John Ross, which is next door. These people are rude and unprofessional. Please do not support them and take your business elsewhere.
