Is this a small or medium?

Today, I ordered a medium caramel iced latte, and received this. The Diet Coke can is for sizing scale only.

When I asked the employee who made it if it was indeed a medium, they told me it was “16 oz”, despite it looking exactly like the small size in advertised photos. It’s almost HALF the size of my receipt.

I would like to request for KK management to review and confirm this, with a reply if possible.

You can't beat a fresh made-to-order donut. The donuts are always a treat and the restaurant is generally clean and pleasant. The service is rather hit or miss, being flawless some days and below par on others. A must to visit

This place was beyond busy when we went here. Line up was out the door! Luckily we chose the drive-thru. Though it's not like this all the time. It sucks we only have 1 location. Decent fairly priced, Affordable, good quality. I was a little disappointed with the strawberry glaze as it was not anything I expected after seeing it advertised. Creativity and presentation on point.

Always out everything and they never pick up their calls take your business somewhere else

Original are the best, especially when the red light is on. Long line ups are back, 30 minutes to stand in line at the door but worth it. The drive through line up looked even longer.

Donuts are so good 4 stars but the line up is ridiculous, super slow, gave me the wrong donuts and i had to drive all the way back and re line up, waste of time

This place is a lot of fun to go to I wish there was another location in the little mainland but there's only one location so much good to write you can pick from

Cant go wrong with these bad boys, and being the only Krispy Kreme in BC its always pretty busy. Better variety than Tim's as well and the coffee is spot on.

I mean come on, how many times have you waited in line for an hour for doughnuts at that other place? Never. Cuz this place rocks and you know what your getting. I waited in that line when it opened. I waited in line when covid locked so many things down. I'd do it again in a second for the amazing nom nom's. Thank you Krispy kreme

I was at location with my kids this morning and it was a delight experience. The manager helped us was very patient and cheerful and she let my kids take their time to choose. A very good experience.definately coming back and highly recommend place. Great customer service.

It was their birthday sale so it was busy but they were very efficient in helping pick doughnuts and get you on your way

Excellent donuts! A bit more expensive for the gourmet ones but worth it. If you have not experienced this place add it to your bucket list.

Was really busy which I imagine is good for busi ess.thank God there were apple fritters left.some c.h. U.d. In front of us ordered a half dozen. I would have been pretty choked.but the guy in front of us heard my rant and left the last two for us.

Always fresh donuts that literally have just come out of the oven/line, usually still warm, price might be a little more than Tim Hortons but overall, a very good donut. Too bad there is just the 1 location in BC, could always do with another location because the Delta location can have long lines outside the building and through the drive thru, but worth the wait.
Lots of different varieties of donuts and drinks, plus if they don't give you a receipt, you get your order free!
It's no wonder that so many walmarts fundraise with Krispy Kreme, they taste better than the frozen rethawed Tim Hortons donuts do.

The staff here (especially those at the drive-thru) are never not nice and exceptionally patient and helpful. I don't come here often because I live about 40 minutes away, but whenever I'm in town, I make a point of coming here to get their tasty donuts.

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Krispy Kreme. The freshest, most delicious, sweet little donuts perfect with our coffee. We ate six in one sitting, and I don't even usually eat donuts. We're from Alberta and I don't believe we have a Krispy Kreme so this was nice.

Krispy Kreme has ruined Tim Hortons donuts for me forever. They're so fresh and delicious. I wish they had a plain one like Timmy's as sometimes it's nice to have a donut that's not covered in icing. The Apple fritters though. 1000% worth the 30 minute drive!

Yeah! The only Krispy Kreme in greater Vancouver. They had some great flavors I hadn't had before: strawberry lemonade glazed, pink lemonade cake. But of course, I had to get the classics. Raspberry Kelly filled. Great to celebrate July 4th when you can't get into the states.

What can I say bout this place.its Krispy Creme.donuts more donuts and more donuts.lots of flavor to choose from.enough to satisfy the world regardless of your sweet tooth.and can't just have one.have a viewing glass where they make donuts for the kids to see.wheelchair accessible.mall parking. I only gave 4 stars bc this will give you more calories then you need.

Best time to go after 5 pm, you could get very fresh and tasty stuff. Kids can see the preparation of donuts and of course you too.

The one and only Krispy Kreme in BC. They’ve been there for as long as I can remember.

A great place for cheap donuts and a quick sugar fix. They’ve a wide selection of donuts and flavours. Their kitchen is semi open with lots of glass, so you can see everything that’s happening in the back. Also like any good old American fast food chain, they have a drive through too.

Personally I find their donuts too sweet, after one or two bites I can’t distinguish the different flavours. The most stand out flavours for me is the birthday cake and raspberry.

Overall their donuts are light and soft. Good to go with a cup of black coffee. Don’t think I can have more than 1 at a time though.

Proper covid steps taken but it is pretty busy inside but still good service. They have good and fast phased service in the drive thru. I would say that If you would like to get some doughnuts go through the drive thru it's pretty fast.

It's not common that we visit a dessert shop and walk out with $20 worth of sweets each time.

This has been a destination whenever we are in the area. The staff there are friendly and fast. The donuts are on a different level than what you can get from big box stores.

They've earned their reputation. They are also the destroyers of your new year weigh goals.
