Kristen Julia Craniosacral Therapy

I was stressed out and feeling a lot of tension in my lower back and neck. I went to Kristen not sure what craniosacral therapy was but willing to keep an open mind. I could not believe how much better I felt when I walked out of there compared to when I walked in. Highly recommend!
