I brought on Kristy and Shelagh to sell my home and then work with me to buy it and the experience was amazing.

Firstly, one thing that really stood out for the team was their communication. Very clear expectations were initially set, and a group chat was setup for a vast majority of communications which help for asking questions and voicing thoughts.

They helped me with ensuring everything was presentable during the photo shoot, and were very flexible with showing times.

When it came to the offer I received, Kristy walked me through all of the details, and offered her thoughts as I asked for them. Ended up with a deal I was happy with.

On the buying side, an amazing job was done to ensure I had all of the information required and that all of the restrictions I needed were able to be accommodated as part of the purchase.

We were purchasing from out of province- but due to covid, we were unable to fly down to do viewings of the properties in metro Vancouver. That didn’t stop Kristy and Shelagh from making this entire experience the best possible. Already the effort they put into us was 10 fold what we have ever experienced with any other realtors.

Once we were finally ready to start hunting for our new home, they went above and beyond to ensure we got the absolute best views of each property we were interested in- via filmed videos. Kristy and Shelagh were extremely informative and knowledgeable; showing every part of the house- with their hilarious commentary on the side. It was truly a remarkable and entertaining experience- it genuinely felt like we were there with them!

As a first time home buyer I definitely recommend Kristy. I remember going into the pre-sale being ill-prepared and she was there with all of the answers to each of my questions and when it came time to do the walkthroughs she was all over it.
