Kuma Noodle Japan

I have eaten here many times and the food is good. The last time I was in I experienced extremely rude service from the server/owner. So I got up and left and will not be back.

I came usually every week for a salt ramen, came again this week and was served soy instead of salt, gyoza tooks 20+ min and even came after the ramen. When I pointed out that the ramen soup is wrong they just took it back throwaway thr soy soup and pour salt in. Do u really think I cant see the soy color floating on my salt ramen or do u think the soy taste can just vanish? I understand that it can get busy during lunch hour but this is not what I can accept.

Good ramen. Bad service. Could use more staff to help with the tables and to do cleaning. We were sat at the entrance under the a/c and close to the entrance and when asked to be moved to a booth we were told no (rudely), even when there were three booths empty.

Noodle is really nice, but the wait is a tad bit long. I been here twice and both times there were only 3 people running the kitchen, and one of them does the serving. If you don’t mind the wait, do go try! But if you are on a time crunch, not the most ideal place to go.

This place used to be my favourite, but not anymore. Food was just okay. Not worth waiting for a long time to eat it. One of the servers wiped the chopsticks with a cloth right in front of me and put them on the table. So unprofessional! The other guy wasn't welcoming customers at all and seemed really irritated, no smiles, whenever people came in. They never checked tables, either. This place was more like a food court now, rather than a restaurant. At least you can get normal sized napkins at a food court, not half-torn napkins like here. Left disappointed & no plans coming back.

Lovely service and the miso ramen was just what I needed. Super delicious and hearty! Highly recommend.

One of my favourite restaurants in Victoria. Ken is an extremely hard worker and the ramen is always delicious. A warm bowl of comfort.

I have been eating here for years and this was the worst experience. Miso soup and Gyoza were made by an older woman. The soup she gave me was only enough for half a bowl. The bottom of the dumplings were all mushy and tasted bitter.
