Always so busy and the cashiers never ask for more help so everyone always ends up waiting in line for atlease 10 minutes. It's rediculous

Having someone at the front harass me about getting a PC membership makes me not want to shop here. Quality and selection can be all over the place

Me and wife both are big time foodie and professional Chefs therefore, we are always looking out for fresh vegetables and fruits and no frills never fails to keep up with their ingredients quality. I love no frills

The place is always clean and lots of outstanding deals. Lots of cuts of meat like very lean hamburger tagged 30% off which made it $10 for a club pack.found club pack pork chops and skinless chicken beasts same kind of deal. There are always interesting people you meet while shopping to have interesting conversation with if you choose to. The staff are so helpful and the cashiers are always friendly. You should really check it out next time you are close to waneta plaza where it is located next to the ScotiaBank and Dollarama. They accept all methods if payment and bags are available for 3 for $1 for heavy plastic No Frills ones that can always be reused next time you visit.

They've done a price freeze on no-name products until January so I'm quite pleased with that!

Despite not being in a large city, it is still the best No Frills in Canada that we've been to. The employees are wonderful, and you can find some great deals each time you go!

Have been there a few times with almost empty shelves. Not always someone around to ask questions to. Fairly good variety. PC brands are just as good as brand names. Nice quality

Not a fan of walking through a maze to get to the checkout, feels like you are being treated like cattle. Cashiers are friendly but seem overworked.

What HAPPEN to the dogfood asle? Way to small and no choices. Had to go to No-Frills in Castlegar.i have 4 dogs.my dog food is important to us.will be going to Wholesale club in Nelson from now on!

Always clean and well stocked with what I am looking for. Quick through the checkouts as well. Keep up the good work!

Lazy company as Castlegar store does not require the shoppers from having to walk all the way back into the store to return carts. As in my situation with a very sore leg that I can't do that much walking.

No Frills has decent prices on most items, I like that each price label shows the price per gram/mL etc which makes comparing prices super easy. Remember to bring a dollar coin for the deposit on the shopping carts.

Manager was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She needs to realize she is in a customer service roll. Sorry you don't like your job but that's not my fault.

Usually the best prices around, although they just don't carry things you need sometimes that I have to go to other stores for. (canned veges like spinach, certain grains etc.)

Great place for grocery shopping at very reasonable prices and fantastic deals. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It is a good store with all the loblaws pricing -staff all seem to really thier jobs and says things like its a very good place to work, appreciate the management all that in my opinion is really good.
