Kuzushi Grappling

Dropped in from out of town for a few noon training sessions. Ben and Mike were great inatructors. Great bunch of guys to train with will definitely drop in again next time im in town.

Tried their 7am “Coffee n Chokes” class with Zachary Clancy.

-Clean facility
-Class was on time
-Coach was knowledgeable and kind
-Participants were competitive but kind
-No cult vibes

All around, a great spot for bjj in Vancouver. Worth the drive, highly recommend!

Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their BJJ, whether they're just starting out, or have been training the art for years.

Top tier grappling and a school full of amazing grapplers. If you are local or a traveler Kuzushi is a must stop to get training in.

I come to the morning classes here before work and I really enjoy the experience. Very nice to get some exercise before work and be able to shower at the gym and be professional for my morning meetings.

I was fortunate enough to train here since day one. By far the best BJJ and grappling academy in the downtown Vancouver area. Great mat space, the new location is even better, and the staff and members are just some of the nicest people in the city. Definitely visit if you can.

From the moment I walked in I was pleasantly surprised how welcoming and friendly the environment was. All the coaches have been amazing and helpful, and this place attracted a lot of awesome students that gives the place such a positive atmosphere for training and comradery. You really cant wish for anything better in a Jiu Jitsu gym, top notch all around.

Been training at kuzushi for almost 3 months and it’s been such a blast. I came in with zero experience but everyone here is so helpful and i’ve learned an insane amount. Ben is a great teacher and breaks down every technique learned to be as practical as possible
