Kwantlen Pizza and Sweets

If i had a chance of not giving them a zero star ️ should have gave them the lady at front is very rude i dnt what the hell they think their customer service is really bad whose every is coming they are paying and getting their stuff from their. But literally lady should have to learn how to treat customer as to run their business they need customer.

Yesterday I went to this pizza they were almost gonna close but I was their at 11: 40 the lady at front was very rude they were about to clean she was talking in Punjabi in rude manner that (ehnu ma bhr jn nu keh dine a) I don’t knw is this a manner a treating customer

We have had nothing but the best food and service from the Langley location. They go above and beyond for customer service! They made a mistake with our recent order and went way above and beyond to fix it. I recommend them to everyone!

Worst experience in these many years. If you made a mistake it’s ok but arguing on the mistake it’s unacceptable.

Some of the staff are rude for no reason. The quality of the food is bad. I feel sorry for the generation that started this joint cos it’s now gone to the dogs.

Ordered naan but they were not good at all, not even fresh, Very thick even cannot chew them even animals don't eat this type of food.

I orderd fish pakora have to wait more than 35 min after order its 50 mins
And its full of oil

Ordered Tandoori Roti’s and Naan from this place, wait time for which was 1 hour, still when I went to pick up the food it was not ready, had to wait for another 10 mins. Roti’s were too bad to eat, not even cooked properly totally raw, seems like there oven is broken. Never order from this place.

I used there online ordering portal and when I went to the restaurant to get my order it wasn't there. They told me I must have ordered from another restaurant I told them I only order from there 72 and 152 location.but instead of taking my order and making it they told me it wasn't they're leaving me to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered gool gappe and the pani was very bad (not even like close to the pani i had before) really bad and would not recommend this place to anyone

We ordered 2 pounds of fish pakora and when we opened the box it came in it looked like we only got one pound, also I had to throw it in the garbage because it was undercooked, I was was expecting a lot more from this place, I spent $31. I’m not mad about the money and all, but it’s that the fish was undercooked and it wasn’t edible, who knows what would’ve happened if I kept eating it. I highly recommend not going to this place if they don’t try to make this place better.

I would have given them negative rating but their wasn’t an option.
I am their regular customer from last 5 years firstly they are so rude second I don’t know why the hesitate to apologize when they make a mistake.
From last 2-3 orders they are just messing the orders. Last time i called them when I receive my wrong order and they blamed me and said you ordered wrong stuff and i simply asked for new pizza as my aunt is allergic to green pepper and some other veggie. Why would i order that on purpose.
I think he was the owner but not sure started arguing with me, I said u can take the wrong pizza and please provide me cheese pizza or else I can’t order from you guys in future he replied na kro bahut meharbani tuhadi.
Either it was big or small orders we always order from them and they just simply said don’t order from us.
I also work at food industry from last 5 years but never replied to customer in this manner.
I person will be replying back in comment and will blame me again never coming back horrible service

I work with an elementary school and we used this company for our pizza orders. They gave us an amazing deal and the quality of the pizza was good. Their customer service was excellent and their owners were very flexible with our multiple changes to delivery location and times.

Delicious fresh food, always made on time and tastes amazing. Been ordering from Kwantlen Pizza for many years and never once had a bad experience. Owners are very nice people and always recognize me when I come back in. Highly recommend.

Really good pizza! Big slices and make a very good veggie. Been going here for years now, go to place for take out for the family.

Rubbery fish pakora.naans are always uncooked and the curries always taste few days old, save your money try something else
