Yesterday I ordered chilly chicken, karahi paneer and garlic naans, tandoori roti. Food looks so fresh and the taste was very yummy. Garlic naans were really soft. The staff was polite and helpful to answer my all queries. I got my order on time. I am looking forward to order food and pizza again from the kwantlen pizza.

I ordered goat curry, shahi paneer, garlic naans, veggie pizza, cheese pizza and samosas. First thing when I received my order I asked the staff, if they packed samosas with the main course. Girl at counter said yes it's inside the bag.
But when I opened the bag samosas were missing. I called them and asked them that samosas are missing the staff said it's they didn't charge for samosas. I really need to share the photo of veggie pizza which was overcooked or maybe reheated. No one eaten that pizza. I'm a regular customer of this restaurant. But it's 2nd time that I got very poor service. Last time they didn't prepared my pizza in 30 minutes, when I reached restaurant after 30 minutes they started preparing and I waited 20 more minutes there.

They ruined my birthday dinner this time. I felt embarrassed in front of my guests.

I love the pizzas and food as well of kwantlin pizza and I liked the customer service moreover they are very hiegenic.

I have been to this place for just 2 times and the food as well as customer service was horrible. I would never ever recommend anyone to come to this location because of the poorly mannered staff and their service. The gift hamper that I ordered from them today was poorly packed, the kind of packaging which I have never seen even in a low standard sweet shop. Most of their stuff is stale and when a person tries to ask for sample tasting before ordering, these guys increase their price than the beforesaid price. I wish I could give a higly negative rating which is what they actually deserve. The most disgusting place I have visited in my 4 years Canadian experience in all aspects be it service, cleanliness or food quality. An inspection check must for this location.

If you go to a Pizza Place and order other stuff, dont expect miracles. However the PIZZA? TO DIE FOR! SERVICE? AMAZING

Ordered pizza at 8 pm was advised to pickup at 8: 30 got there on time. I was asked to wait for 3-4 min because they gave my Cheeze pizza to someone else. Waited for 10 min. Pizza still not ready gave new pizza to someone else again this happened 3 or 4 times until I spoke up and took me 1 hour before I got my pizza. That was my first time and last time ordering pizza at this place.

It is OK, good parking, Tandoori chicken pizza and Bombay veg pizza are delicious. But fish pakora is 3rd grade. It is a busy location.

One of the best pizza in surrey. Really appreciated the staff and taste.

Hate this restraunt. Takes too long to prepare the food. If you want the food early just tell them you will be there in 20 min. And go after 40 min then you might get your food ready. Otherwise, just go and stare at walls while waiting for your food.

Butter chicken was delicious. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Ramen the new owner was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

Food quality is poor. Excessive spice and the taste is not that great. The food I ordered did not taste fresh and caused acidity. I would recommend to order from somewhere else.

I just ordered pizza from them.but accidentally ordered at wrong location. When I called them they told me that they didn't made it yet and when I cancelled it right after they charged me saying your order was already made!

I was gone there for work as they were hiring so I gone over there and I was doing work and when I get free there was no work I asked them that where is that person who texted me to come as he will tells me when to leave and I got shocked about there thinking the lady named Meena over there asked me that do u wanna meet him I didn’t understand at that tym what she was saying exactly as in my mind was only thing that I came here for work and just wanna know the timings to come but when I saw the behaviours of that 2 ladies and 1 girl over this thing that I said I want to meet the owner as they were making some double meaning in this I was quite shocked and I said them sry I don’t wanna meet to anybody and will not come tomorrow but when I leave from there I tell to my friends that how narrow minded they are. Seriously maybe they meet to the owner in that way but am not.of that kind. Never go to work in this store horrible narrow minded 3 people other were gud I just forgot the name of other lady and that girl making pizza in front lol that’s how they think in 21 st century never wanna meet this kind of foolish people

I called them last night at 11: 42 before there closing time as they closes at 12 so i tried the call for at least 4 times but no one picked up the calls very bad service

I ordered peas and mushrooms from here through skip the dishes, and not even single mushroom was there,

There food is very delicious and cooked properly. Pizza is above and beyond. Staff is very friendly and always welcoming. The best thing which i like was that it was not oily as most of the restaurants cook here. Recommend to everyone.

I’m a regular of the Kwantlen Pizza location on 152 and 72 but this location is not good. Every time I have ordered anything from them, the food has tasted bad and lacks the quality and taste. I got palak paneer and naan and the palak paneer was tasteless and looked like saag. The naan were way too thin and they got cold as I was eating on my plate. I’m not going to be returning to this location and I regret the money I spent here. Please order from the other location.

This is not anyway related to kwantlen pizza, don't know how they can use same name on food delivery app the food was horrible yes I know tasteless and stale and all those critics but it actually is horrible a pizza without a pizza sauce just some topping on round Naan and cheese end of the making of their great special veggie pizza. Fish pakora was tasting besan and ajwain only can't wait to try the main course

Poor service. They said come after 20 minutes. When i get there i had to wait another 25 minutes.

We were regulars of the tandoori paneer pizza however now they have increased the prices and reduced the toppings called bak no customer support of any kind had to trash it this has happened for the 2nd time.

Love their pizzas our family fav is the spicy Indian style veggie pizza and 5 cheese pizza. We order from here a few times now and everytime they've been good.

Honestly I have never eat this much soft and tasty paneer pakoras in surrey, I bought paneer pakora, paneer tikka masala and gajrela and all items were fresh and tasty. I would love to say that they are doing great job by serving tasty food to our community.

Always love their quality food and new owners are very nice and friendly

I was shocked the employee working on Wednesday was not wearing a mask who made and served me pizza. Please change your policy.

Ordered food from here thru uber eats. When food arrived it was missing more than half of my order I called uber driver back to confirm he stated that is all the restaurant gave him. I had guest over and still needed the food I made a drive over to this place myself to find out as they were not answering phone calls eiether. When I got there they refused to take any responsibility kept on blaming uber driver at this point I didn't know who to believe. I asked them to make rest of food so I can take it home waited there 30 mins and still no food all with unattended guest. I am not too sure whose fault this whole thing was but both uber driver and kwantlen pizza refused to take any responsibility. Ended up being a disaster will not order from here again. I have ordered thru uber eats many times never this issue.

The worst daal makhani I have ever had. I ordered dal makhni, garlic nan via Uber. And it was written they give one naan with curry. But there wasn’t any naan. Order was 25-30 mins late as driver waited there for so long. Daal was runny as if water was mixed separately. And yes once I ordered paneer samosas with fritters they were so bad. There were red marks on paneer samosa. I submitted the pics at Uber app.

Ordered at 11: 30 over the phone. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, got there at 12: 00. The guy told me at 12: 25 the food would be ready in 5 minutes. Missed my entire lunch and got no food. Don't go there if you have a short lunch.

I got their flyer so I called to ask about deliver charge and possibly order. In the middle of asking about the specials they hung up on me. So I guess this will not be the new pizza place for me!

Bad services, slow food delivery. They take more than 50 mins to make my 1 order. And still my order was incomplete

Was a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and great service. Delicious food every time. We order paneer Manchurian and stuffed naan which is so good. Highly recommended place to go!

Great service the staff really cares.
Consistently delicious. It’s a pick up place only so just know before you go. They are always busy so plan for 30 min, call in your order and you’ll always get what you want! Love the fact you can different spice levels for the pizzas! Chicken pekore is the bomb!

5 star customer service. Actually make you feel appreciated as a customer when in there and making you want to return. I have had a lot of Pizza and there Pizza is not your typical Desi pizza ; they make it with love and to customer request. Overall had a great experience and would highly recommend to ALL, I will be going back for sure.

I ordered all kind of Samosa and it was great. I liked the Chicken, Noodle, Veggie Somosa than all other one. The aaloo tikki was also great. And foget to mention the Spring roll, it was also tasty.:)
