Very bad people very bad customer service pizzas are always burnt they do not have respect for Covid I wish nobody should buy pizza from here.

We ordered vegetable pakoras and paneer pakoras but they didn’t put pakora chutney with it which is common thing with it. We ordered nearly 100 dollars food. It ruined all the taste.

Regular customer but the girl at front is very rude and she dont have any idea how to behave with customers. Disappointed!

Worker especially which take place on reception do not have a sense to talk with their colleagues but your all dishes are very delicious. Please take a action on that girl and tell how to behave with them. Always evening time become available

Kwantlen Pizza Ltd is one of the finest pizza stores in BC, Canada, and the Cheese and Vegetarian Pizzas often make my mouth water with delight!

I would love to give 0 star instead of one I always bought pizza from this location but today I’m very disappointed with order. I already mention before the order don’t put coriander on the top because they did mistake last time. When I call at the restaurant they didn’t accept their mistake and talked very rudely. No resolution. Ended up I feel very embarrassed in from of Guest as one of my friend has allergy from coriander. Will not suggest anyone

Who adds fennel seeds in pizza? Disgusting. I order shahi paneer pizza and it wasn’t tasty at all just due to fennel seeds. Seriously they need to do better!

Yesterday we ordered food from Kwantlen Pizza for a family party and we received exactly what we order. Quality of food was superb. Salad and vegetables were purely fresh. Delicious taste of food made us to visit this location every time. Really, it was fantastic experience.

We ordered tiki choley medium spice and it was the BEST in Surrey! I will go back when i getta chance! Highly recommend!

I was regular customer there, i always bought the same pizza with my husband but last night i disappointed with the result of the pizza. The pizza is burn and i order to make spicy but they didn't ans also it must be hot if it fresh but is just warm. Also, they didn't cut line in proper.

Good food and good price with services before 2020.but this time veggie pizza very poor quality after 2021, try another pizza store

1. Some foods are ok and some are just so-so.
2. Price: I could say reasonable to certain items.
3. Management: I find owner lady weird and arrogant. I felt replying her back in her body language, tone and words. But I can’t go down to her low standard. She should not be in front if she does not have adequate manners and customer service.

This was second time, I ordered mild pizza. But I was given a spicy one with visible chilli flakes in the crust. Owner gave excuse the first time. I’m not gonna complain again, been a loyal customer to them. Not going back there again

Grabbed some slices. Honestly at this point this place just gets the job done. I use to come here 5+ years ago. Slices were bigger. Prices were reasonable. Quality, quantity, & price have declined and so has some of the customer service. If your in the area or going to kwantlen. Its certainly not the worst place in the world. Just keep in mind. Great pizza is next door. Maybe try 1 slice out at each and see which one tickles your fancy ;)

Never visit this shop, never order from there, the girl or lady who pick up the phone at front is very rude, no sense of talking to customers, normally i donot put the reviews, but due to her bad behaviour lack of customer service skill i put the review, never visit this shop again

I would give them 0 stars for really rude customer service, we did phone order and went there after 10 minutes, that lady was like hje 4 minutes hoye aa and 4 minutes ch kehda pizza bnda, she could have said it in better polite way, plz teach your staff better customer service.

I had an excellent experience through Doordash with this pizza the first time. However, I must give only 3* now after numerous attempts to contact them for undercook pizza crusts the past 3+ times.

Ridiculous service. I ordered there twice and both times they messed up my order. I called them after for my food and they didn’t even apologized once and start arguing that I am wrong. If you are running the business, please learn to respect your customer an apologize on your mistakes. I would never order again from this restaurant.

Ordered 2 pizzas first time from this location via uber eats for small get together.was very thick dough and unhealthy.my friend had a vomit right after she had pizza and my stomach felt very uneasy after eating it.

I have been coming here for years and although we like to try other pizza places from time to time we always end up saying how Kwantlen makes the best pizza. Not only their pizza but their curries are really yummy too! 5 stars for sure! Plus the staff is friendly and the lady who I'm pretty sure is the owner is super nice!

Awful service. The staff got no skills, they even dont know the basic things to do with their customers. Giving a smile is far away, they even dun speak nicely to you. Rude behaviour.
Even they do delivery’s according to their mood’s, they say no to same order one day and yes on other day, when their detail says delivery available.

The food is very delicious but even when we buy soo much food like regularly if we ask for sauce or one pack of salad then they just get die.

We ordered pizza and went to grab it and a girl there let us know that they are out of ranch (it wasn’t the first time). She offered us some other garlic ranch and said its a dollar extra for it. We asked why we should pay extra as the ranch comes with the pizza without any extra cost. If they are out of it, they should substitute, then she got furious and started arguing badly. And at last, when we got pizza, ranch sauce (which they said they are out of) was inside the box. So, basically they lie to people to make them buy other sauces for extra 1 or 2 bucks. Be careful guys.

Bad customer service. Rude behaviour of staff with customers. Their closing time is showing 1am They will say you to go at 11.30pm even if you are eating. They charge extra. Never visit again. Expensive But Food taste is not bad.

Just tried Chef Special pizza. Had lots of unflavored Potatoes. Overall Pizza had no taste.
Been there twice, won't be going back.
