I had gel and asked for acrylic. She didn't file it all off and after 5-6 days one had started lifting. At the 2 week mark all of them had fallen off. Not satisfied

I went their with my friends family for pedicure. It’s very nice and clean place with good customer service. Their pedicure includes scrub, massage and hot stone massage as well. While pedicure you are also allowed to use massage chairs for your back. Overall I had good experience, pricing was genuine and I am so happy with how my feet and nails look. ️️ thank you

This is by far, the best nail salon I have ever been to. They are always busy, so you have to book ahead. Kim is my technician and she always does a fabulous job!

This was my second time here. First time was a pedicure and shedid incredible. So much attention to detail. Yesterday I wentback for full set acrylic nails for my birthday and Kim did such a great job. I am so picky about my nails and i never like the shape i end up with but Kim was so attentive and made the shape perfect. Love this place and so happy I tried them!

5/5 stars for me I was booked in as a birthday present from my s/o. Shellac wasn't an option for me since I have the ugliest nail beds, and I was hesitant to get a full set of acrylics since I work in construction. I've now had my shorter acrylic nails since August and they have never broke, the quality of these ladies give is amazing! I don't go to any artist in particular because they all do top quality work, no complaints from me

I’ve had both manicure and pedicures here, all the staff working are very kind, caring, talented, friendly, polite and hardworking. I went to Kya Nails for a pedicure, the tech was very rough with my feet, she trimmed the sides of my nails and I ended up with blood underneath three of my nails (including both big toes) and the nails are destroyed. This treatment left my feet in pain & my nails in horrible condition. This will take several months / likely over a year to grow out & recover. I reached out to the salon several weeks ago to no avail, they are not responding.

I love everything about this salon, the prices, the quality and the girls working there. It's always very clean and a welcoming environment!

I just left Kya nails after my first appointment and I left feeling 1000x’s better then when I walked in! All of the staff are attentive and so very friendly I had a pedicure and manicure both with shellac and my nails look and feel amazing

I can not stress enough, Kya nails is THE BEST nails place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to multiple other places to just try new things, or because Kya nails is already booked and I regret it every time. Never have complaints and always very satisfied! The ladies there are quite talented:)

This is the best nail salon I've been to in years. I was referred by my family member. I had an acrylic overlay and design by Sia. She did the design EXACT to my reference picture which never happens. My nails going into the appointment were so overdue and misshapen and broken but I left the happiest I've been with my nails in ages. She took so much care and time to even out the natural curve of my nail and shape them consistently. I'm sending everyone I know there! It is busy and recommend an appointment. I hear Kim is excellent also. Salon is clean and they are very pleasant to deal with!

This place did very well. The nail tech took her time and was very thorough. It was quite busy (but it was Christmas week). Fairly reasonably priced, if a little higher than I thought. This set was $63.

Love there staff! My daughter and I always come here to get our nails done and they have always done a consistent great job.

My mum & I went today for manicures & pedicures - we had a wonderful experience! We both got exactly what we wanted, they are skilled, fast & very kind. Sam is a miracle worker! Definitely our new go to salon.

I’ve already reviewed kya nails before but I have to again. They are SO good. For 50$ I got the best pedicure. Not only was it relaxing but they also did a great job with all of the other aspects and they were very clean. Highly recommend.

First time at this salon for pedicures with 2 of my sister's. They did a fantastic job, wasn't rushed, message was thorough, shellac was painted very well. We will definitely come back for our next pedi! Would recommend.

Everyone there makes me feel important and are so friendly. The best service I've ever gotten and I've gotten services from several spas over the past 40 years. These ladies are far and above them all.

Tried this salon today with my two sisters, I was SO pleasantly surprised. Attention to detail, I wasn’t rushed, was treated like a human, the techs were charismatic and sweet. Best massage during a pedicure that I have had in a very long time. Will definitely be going back!

Went in for a shellac nail plus 3 dot design.next day it all cracked. I didnt do anything hard on them. I left next day for vacay so i couldnt just go back to fix them for a week. She said they would only do 1 colour free not what i paid for.the entire nails were chipped BADLY next day. Ive had shellac last me 2to3 weeks being rough. This was.over $61.im fiing a better businese report and posting ONLINE. You cant just steal money from people and then not redo the entire nail colour n design. Can u image ordering a cake, the bakery gets it wrong.and all they offer is the cake but no wording no flowers nothing for what u PAID for? Nope. I am posting it everywhere. Awful business practices.not impressed at all.do NOT go here they will not honour their work done.ive shown my nails to my gfs who do this monthly they said its cheap n garbage. BBB can file a negative rating on this business. I have photos and snap chats of my convo with them to show lack of business ethics on their products and services.even my hair stylist will fix hair if it isnt done properly.thats what customer service is.

Every time I have been here they have been amazing! Super personable and professional and incredibly clean and airy. Feels spa-ish. I love the vibe and also they always do an amazing job. I have never had a place do my nails and toes better!

Just make sure you specify that you want your cuticles cut etc.when you get a manicure

I went for a pedicure. They do a great job and it is relaxing and enjoyable. Their chairs have back massage and a wide variety of colors to pick from.

I recently got a set of acrylic nails and a pedicure from Anne. She was amazing! I traveled from Langley as we were getting nails done for a bridal party out that way. Anne was patient and kind, she did an amazing job on my nails. I would make the extra trip just to get her to do my nails again.

Great service. They do a great job on gel nails and Pedicures. Usually have no issues getting an appointment.

I have never had such a good experience getting a mani pedi. I moved here recently from Calgary and had gone to numerous nail salons before.

I have never had employees take so much pride in their work. They take their time and do an excellent job. There is a younger woman who works there and she helps to suggest polish colors, is very personable, and made the experience even better. They take so much time massaging for pedicures (which was amazing!), And my nails looks fantastic.

10/10 would recommend. My new nail salon for sure.

I was looking for a new nail salon and came in based on a recommendation from my cousin and couldn’t be happier! They pay a lot of attention to detail and the work is excellent, and all at an incredibly reasonable price. They managed to fit me in last minute today when I broke a nail the night before my engagement photoshoot. I’ve come in a few times now and I could not recommend them enough.

Came here to get my nails done, had a amazing experience except im pretty sure they didnt use a new file, which is why i took one star away.overall i love my nails! And will be back to try a pedicure

Went here for a fill while visiting my family. Kya Nails is a clean, bright, professional, and inviting nail salon! They have plenty of colour options, and the kindest nail artist took care in ensuring my nails were perfect. I would definitely return + I highly recommend it!

I have a toe infection from a pedicure I got three days ago. I had a young lady who cut my big toe which caused a little bleeding. I didn’t think much of it until yesterday (my wedding day) when I noticed it was red and swollen around my big toe where she cut. It is now throbbing, in pain and deep red. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed. Not only on my wedding did my foot look irritated but now I have to deal with an infection that is painful. I will not be going here again!

You notice the high standard of cleanliness at Kya Nails as soon as you walk in. The pedicure was excellent and the half-leg and foot massage was the best I've experienced. The manicure was also excellent however I was disappointed that there was no hand and arm massage with it. I appreciated the absence of music or a television in the salon. It was easy to relax and enjoy the treatment. I've found my favourite nail salon in Abbotsford!

Started going here recently to get regular mani & pedis done and I love it! Their pedicure chair is sooo comfortable & has a lot of cool massage options on it. They’re always very nice and even accept walk-ins if you need something last minute. Definitely recommend!

I have been going here for just over 5 months and i absolutely love it! There color selection is great and the salon is nice and clean. The girls there are so welcoming and friendly too. I have never left the salon unhappy!

Love it here! Went there recently for the first time and I've found my new nail place. Anna is super sweet. It's been over a month and my nails still look great!

I made an appointment for me and two of my friends, two of us were getting medi / pedis @ 415 and one was just getting a pedi @445. When we got there for the 415 appointments we got a pedis started right away. Once our pedis were complete we were told it would be a couple of mins before they could start on our medis, no issues there. My friend had to wait about 10 - 15 mins before her nails were started on, I unfortunately sat in the chair for an hour and half before they finally told me they could start my nails, I was just about to leave, as it was 6: 50 and I had to be somewhere at 715. I never once got an apology, I asked to pay so I could leave and the lady said just one minute and walked away to watch another tech paint nails. After I left paying full price they made a comment to my friend about how I wasn't happy. I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes and had received a half of services I booked. When my friend showed up for her 445 appointment she sat in the chair beside us for 45 mins before being helped, I was also asked if we made an appointment for her, I confirmed that there were 3 appointments at least 3 times on the phone call. To get one pedi she was there for 2.5 hours. Up until this appointment I loved this place, told everyone who asked for a nail place how great it was, been here multiple times and always happy with how amazing my nails looked every time I walked out of here, but after this I will not be back.

This review is in addition to the Katie Anning post - I had acrylic nails put on - it took over an hour to get the fake nails on.majority of them did not even go to either sides of my natural nail. Every time she would file a nail a phone call would happen causing her to start over. (not to mention it was after they had closed) this happened more than 5 times - not only was she answering the business phone but also had to stop to answer her cellphone. Once again my friend was already sitting there waiting for her nails to get started - on an appointment we booked a week prior. My cuticles did not get touched or any prep done prior to having the nails put on. Before polish was put on - no base coat. It is just a week later and my nails have chipped and broken off. I also picked black and my nails were definitely navy blue. This service cost me over $100. The quality, customer service & experience was all piss poor. I would save yourself the time and money and pick a different salon!

I had my first experience at Kya Nails this morning, it’s snowing pretty hard today in abbotsford and these ladies happened to be in so I made an appointment. Not only do they have their business open on a snow day but these hardworking mamas brought their children (who are adorable angels) in to the shop so that they could still give amazing service to their clients. The attention to detail is absolutely impeccable, the shape is perfect and super clean, the color is beautiful and it was so peaceful watching the snow fall outside the beautiful big windows in their shop which is also beautiful and super clean. Kim and her sister both worked together to get my service done and I loved seeing that support between sisters. These women are amazing, I am SO happy with my new nails and will absolutely be back soon! Excited to try out some other services:)

Kim, Ann and the other ladies are just fantastic! Kim's son Louie is also a charmer when helping out at the shop greeting customers. I've been twice for a manicure and pedicure and left happy both times. The Ladies work is impeccable and they will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. They even stayed late for my friend and I to make sure we were ready for our trip. If you're looking for a great place for manicures, pedicures or artificial nails I highly recommend Kya Nails. You won't be disappointed in the quality or the price!
