La Grande Résidence at Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

I would not recommend this place. One thing to keep an eye out for is the cancellation policy, as they have a 3-day cancellation policy, before getting charged the full price of the room. The woman on the call was little unreasonable and was left frustrated after the phone call. Best to go to other places where they have a better policy and more reasonable staff.

Surprised on the size and the price was right. The view was magnificent and I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment unit. The staff were very nice. Overall our unit was okay, had all the space we needed. But the unit was not updated or cleaned very thoroughly. Pool/hot tub/steam room/change room was good. Gym was poor quality, no AC, was so hot inside and not clean. Equipment was okay

2 nights into a 5 night stay, and confident leaving a 5 star review. Great layout (1 bedroom suite), amazing location walking distance from anything you could ever need. Yes, the AC unit is loud but it drowns out busy street noise. Staff have been excellent, helping us with every request, including helping our son when the patio door came off the tracks and he was stuck out on the balcony!

A fantastic place to stay while in Vancouver, the rooms are great and the staff even better. Amenities in the hotel such as the spa and gym areas are also very good.

Complète catastrophe! Ils ont perdu notre chambre la première nuit, le service par téléphone arrive toujours sur le répondeur et la toilette bouche… Malgré tout l’hôtel est assez bien situé dans le centre-ville et la chambre n’est pas si mal.

Delayed check in, room was under construction. Check in staff was severely disorganized. Very frustrating experience for the money paid. Definitely consider other options for your stay
