Professional and excellent service through and through. My teenage daughter had really bad acne and after 4 treatments of IPL, her skin cleared up beautifully but also the quality of her skin got better. Aki is very knowledgeable and can’t wait to do treatment for myself.

I had at the ZO hydration facial at La Peau and absolutely loved every second of it. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and gentle with all my skin needs. There was also no push to buy any of the products afterwards and felt which made my experience that much better!

I experienced their ZO facial last week and cannot say enough great things! The staff were very kind and helpful. The facial massage was divine and I left with glowing skin. I was also in need of a few new skincare items. They carry a really great selection of high-end professional products that work. I love the ZO retinol and exfoliating polish I just purchased. The staff were very kind and helpful assisting me with the new skincare, and an overall amazing experience. Will be back this fall for the Morpheus 8!

I had a hydrating facial and it was fantastic. I recommend Simona. She takes her time analyzing your skin and makes great product recommendations. She is also amazing at extractions which is something I've found is hard to find in Vancouver. I used to work in the spa industry and can confidently say you are in good hands with Simona. I had my first treatment at La Peau today and it was a such great experience! My skin therapist was very knowledgeable and walked me through some of my concerns with texture and dullness. I was so excited when they offered to do extractions, as I’ve had a very hard time finding a clinic in Vancouver who offers this service. I had all of my questions answered about my nighttime skincare routine and which products would work best for my skin type. I am excited for my next appointment in November!

My hydration ZO facial was very relaxing. This was my first visit and I enjoyed the entire experience. Simona was professional and attentive throughout the treatment, she advised me of skin care products to best suit my skin type at this stage of my life and provided options for future treatments when I asked what would be best for me next time around. La Peau Skin Lab is very knowledgable and their pricing is competitive if not better than others. Parking was conveniently located underground and there were many spots available. I booked an appointment for facial and later a Morpheus8 treatment. The products they use really left my skin feeling moisturized and fresh and I have super sensitive skin. The space is elegant and clean and the staff is very welcoming. After the Morpheus8, My skin looked amazing. It’s tighter, brighter and my skin tone is more even. I even started using less makeup. And this is only after one treatment.

I had a hydrating facial yesterday and feel compelled to acknowledge Simone for her expert service and professional skin analysis. The last time I had a facial like this was in Europe (pre Covid!), and Simone does indeed have that same sophisticated approach and appreciation for quality skincare. This was not a 'fluffy' service, but a facial that cleaned my pores deeply, allowed time for a real hydration and followed up by thorough extractions. She was meticulous! I woke up this morning still feeling plump and somehow light in my skin, and I actually look like I'm wearing a skin primer even though I have bare skin. I also didn't break out because the process was correct and so clean. I'm so impressed-thank you Simone! Compliments to the new clinic as well-it's spotless! Great place! Simona was amazing and the products are absolutely fantastic. It is always great to be taken care by someone who has studied internationally and has almost 30 years of enperience. Plus, she has the most soothing voice and great touch. Looking forward to more facials and other treatments to help me look better and better every day!

Had an amazing facial by Simona. She was very detail-oriented and taught me a lot about my skin and areas I can improve on with no pressure to purchase products from the Lab, which is common practice at other clinics. The clinic is very clean and welcoming and quiet considering the large construction project underway on the street. Having free parking available in the adjacent building is a nice perk as parking on Esplanade is non-existent right now. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic experience! I'll definitely be back for more hydrofacials. The whole experience was professional and friendly. My skin felt great afterwards and I loved the treatment. Initially I wasn't keen to have extractions (bad past experiences) but I didn't even feel them. Looking forward to my next visit!
